Parents not willing to be honest with themselves, or he's an idiot. If you are an average athlete and want to play sports at the highest levels...maybe focus on the "brain" sports a little more, and less on the "running" sports. Golf, racing, etc...

I'm actually in the market at well...but looking for a 75+...haven't bought a TV in 8 years, no clue where to start these days.

I understand football, what I don't see are many space eating DT's in the league worth a top 10 pick.

I looked up the ones who I can tell are just larger looking on the tv than Burns, didn't look up the others. Rhule is "hoping" that he can stay at that weight...end of the day, while Burns may turn out to be a great pass rusher, he's likely never going to be a great DE...just is what it is. The guy likely plays between 245-255, if I had to guess. In a 3/4, he likely has more success as an OLB rather than a hand in the dirt player.

I like him as a person, but this is why you don't spent a top end pick on a non pass rushing DT...I'm sorry, but that's just my opinion. That said, that drafts top 10 ain't looking so good.

Joey weighed 269 at the combine, Nick at 266, Garrett at 272. You telling me that all of them are playing around 255, after years in the NFL?

Hoping to see it Thursday, I think my wife may have bought tickets this morning. Can't wait. Couple buddies saw it, "super surprised" it was so good....I think most were expecting a flop after it being touted for so long.

Wilmington's buyer market is made up mostly of folks being able to sell their homes in the suburbs to the first time buyers that are leaving the cities. Not all of it, but a big portion. Now....if those first time buyers can't buy that 40 year old home on Long Island, the residents can't leave to come South for better weather and taxes.... I see homes and rates staying flat for a while. At least that's what I'm hoping for right now.

We simply cannot afford that. People buying homes they can't afford, at elevated prices, with higher interest rates.... It would be (yet another) disaster.

He's a little tall for that position, but man, it just didn't look to me that he had the lower body to be a Guard..again, maybe I'm wrong. And I agree, if you can play, you can play. He is 3" taller than Ryan Kalil, but almost the same weight when rookies.

He's been rumored to have a very Southern Cali type of personality, maybe he is trying to change that a bit to up his "leadership". Who knows, but he's always seemed to me to have a "water off a ducks back" kinda attitude.

Emergency that can possibly transition there full time is my guess as well. C is an important position, from what I can tell, BC is a smart guy...those things pair up well.

Wow...yea, in our area of the country open houses have fallen off a LOT. Sellers used to request them, agents were more than happy...they weren't really trying to sell your home, they were trying to sell themselves to other potential buyers walking through your home. Yes, investors are out there...they are looking for shields to inflation and the stock market...real property it is. Many are nervous about holding commercial long term...so residential it is. Very weird market, I'm ready for normalcy again... Sorry to derail the thread.

Been alive for 40...have owned a boat for all of them. (before 13 it was technically my grandfathers boat, but he never used it) Couldn't imagine not living life on the water. But you are correct, to each his own. It's why attending every Panthers game seems wild to me, and people have done it for years on end.

Would honestly be hard for me to believe it if this happened. Hell, if Icky is a franchise LT, I'd be happy with just that out of the draft with so few arrows in the quiver.
