  1. I was like, "Who the fug is AT?" Don't some of y'all know that some of us are too old to be trying to figure these things out? The only initials I know for sure are TMJ, but that's always been a thing. Admittedly, I seem to always forget about Thielen, which may be a matter of expectation or projection.
  2. Can't say for the one today, but all the other ones have been some type of miscommunication. They're working it out, which is pretty normal to be honest.
  3. Doesn't sound like it at all. I'd bet that they're amazed and appreciative that Young is so studied.
  4. I suspect that Sanders may be the more dynamic runner. In any event, with Taylor's injury history, I'm not making that trade

    Hey gang!

There is no conflict for me. You gotta live life and post when/if you want.
  6. Yeah, I used to get well-done as a kid following behind mama (and dad), but the best steak that I ever had was when I grilled it seven minutes on each side. I cut into it and the pink was still there. I was forced to put my wife's back on the grill, and she implored me to do the same but I devoured it (and another), and it was delicious. I think she may have made some comments about me being animalistic, but I just shrugged and continued chewing.
  7. Great, but I'm in the Panthers TV area (for probably at least the next 6-11 years). I can watch the Thursday night games on Prime. There are ways to see the MNF games also if I really want to. Unless I hit a big winning lotto ticket, I won't encourage the NFL and it's contractors to keep being greedy. I came up when all the games were broadcast on ABC, NBC, or CBS. I have raged against the machine ever since. If they put all the games on cable, then I might have a problem (and they might have one too). Until then, fug 'em!
  8. I'ma tell you the truth. I'm kinda cheap when it comes to certain things. Before Amazon Prime took over, I used to watch Thursday night games on my cell via Yahoo. It wasn't ideal, but I could see the game. BTW, they only allowed a connection via cellular, but Cricket worked like a champ.
  9. It is better, but it's not going to directly help you see Sunday Ticket. I have Cricket (AT&T), and I doubt I'll use Verizon (or any of its MVNOs) ever again. Their network is simply just too congested in my experience. This may make it worse.
  10. It's not realistic, but you have a point. You probably need to trade one if this season goes as the last two.
  11. I love my Panthers, but not enough to forego the beach this week.
  12. Bryce likes to eat football. That's his thing. As for WRs, he not only has Mingo, but TMJ as well. Moreover, I wouldn't discount Tremble just yet. Along with the other guys, he should have enough to quell his appetite for all things football his rookie year (and hopefully beyond).
  13. Look at their average YPC. Just saying. Also look at the average YPR Chuba didn't have have the production, but he also didn't have the touches. He's quietly productive though. He was also the best FA RB this year, still young and primed for success
  14. I won't get excited until I see him legitimately running with the big dogs. The highlights don't do anything for me to be honest. He's looking a little pedestrian among so-so competition. Perhaps it's a function of the offense, but they seemed to run him around the edge way too much, and it looks like to me that he just doesn't have that type of speed, or quickness in the flat. I see him as a PS guy at this point. I don't know who he'd beat out. We can just pull one of the TEs to play H-back or fullback when necessary.
  15. In the Triangle, the only place that I see with longer lines than BoJangles is Chic-Fil-A. If I'm buying fried chicken, I ain't going to KFC, and I ain't going to Smithfield's Chicken & Barbecue; I'm going to BoJangles. Granted, I haven't had Popeyes. Church's Chicken was only OK when I was broke. BoJangles all the way!
  16. Kasay was and will always be an obvious contributing factor in the loss, but he wasn't the only one. That's just the way it is. He was still a great kicker though, and that's what I remember him for.
  17. The Bosa talk is just talk. People use Bosa because he is the best (and the fact that both were drafted in 2019). Figuring out where Burns falls in comparison is the trick. I'd say it's it's 8th, as commensurate with his production, but we're going to have to adjust for his age and the still mouthwatering pie in the sky (i.e. his potential), and the lack of proven talent. Mind you, I'm personally skeptical of basing decisions on pie in the sky...I'd probably offer him 6th or 7th and hold the line at 5th best contract in the league, and hope like hell that his game takes that leap. We're between a rock and a hard place. Too bad the Rams didn't have a 2023 first. I think that would've gotten that deal done.
  18. I can't see Bryce playing more than a series or three. I believe a half is too much for meaningless preseason games. There's too much to lose (no pun intended). Dalton is a seasoned pro. Corral should get most of the work.
  19. And if we aren't careful, it will be a fascist, theocratic, plutocratic autocracy.
