  1. We need some talent, but it's not like we don't have any. We need help on the lines, a WR1, a TE and LB help among other things. Fitterer is not great, but he isn't dog sh¡t either in regards to personnel. I think that his worst job is at trade evaluation.
  2. That remains to be seen. It's too early to even think about it.
  3. You see Bryce improving, and yet you're calling for Dalton on a 0-6 team. That's just ludicrous.
  4. Bryce needs to learn how to chuck the ball away when that pressure is coming and you have no where to go with the football.
  5. I agree there. Honestly, that's his m.o. He might get a sack later in the game, but that's about it. Tua has had way too much time today.
  6. Reich should have called run plays on the third and one. Bryce had absolutely nothing to do with that.
  7. The timing was just off. I think that with more experience with his guys that he'll get better.
  8. Don't understand why we ran on first and second and then threw on 3rd and 1
  9. Yep Sanders is being the one pushed, even though he's not as effective.
  10. I told my son they were coming, and they came. Fairly easy sack.
  11. Don't understand that 3rd down play call.
  12. Honestly, you can't put Hill in man at the LOS and expect good results
  13. I'm just wondering why Tepper, Fitterer and company ever thought that Reich was some type of offensive play calling guru. Fitterer and Morgan have seen enough football to know that Reich ain't the business. Someone had to lead Tepper down the wrong path. Simplistic schemes just aren't going to fool anybody in the modern NFL.
  14. In the spirit of the OP, I will say that even if we end up with the worst record, we will still have the first pick in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th round.
  15. The fact is, minus an interception or two, Bryce has been taking progressive baby steps. Some people think they're seeing Bryce Young's ceiling, but in their drunken anger and frustration, they don't realize that they could just as easily be looking at his floor. Nice post. Keep pounding!
  16. It was hardly crying. He got back at Jeudy in a very apropos way. Jeudy is the one who will be affected the most. His agent probably told him to STFU. Expect to see 89 in London...
  17. Let's not forget that Schlereth slammed Jeudy for lack of effort a couple of days prior to Smitty trying to show the kid some grace. Sure, it would have been nice, and perhaps politically correct, had Smith tried to give Jeudy some advice before calling him a JAG on his podcast, but he wasn't obligated to do it. Jeudy surely hasn't been PC at times. He's been downright disrespectful, and this is just the latest instance of it. Smitty reacted negatively, but I'd still bet that you see him in London while Jeudy doesn't "remember" the incident in the meantime.
  18. If Jeudy had acted like a mature man and actually talked it out, instead of acting out like an immature kid, this isn't a topic right now either. Steve Smith didn't get "out of pocket" until Jeudy did. Smith has every right to criticize Jeudy on his show. He may have been a little hard in his analysis on his show, but that doesn't mean that he was wrong. He reassessed his opinion and was trying to show Jeudy some grace (however undeserved).
  19. I just listened. I think that KJ had the best take. He said that they both were wrong. Let's not forget that 89 approached him to apologize.
  20. I'm going to go listen if I can find it.
