Historically games one, two and four are primarily used for evaluation purposes. The third game is where they actually game-plan and scheme for a specific opponent with our starters in mind. What Jeremy is telling you is that you'll be watching as close to the real thing into the third quarter. Scrutinize things from that perspective.

The best line that went along with the perfect capturing of the raw, honest emotion was probably the Boykin pic You're right: Gotta get the big man looking like an RB after the interception. Great point, and actually exactly one I was going to make after looking over the projection. I am thinking that Boykin would just plain have to suck throughout the remainder of the preseason to end up cut. If he makes some more plays like the catch that he did in Buffalo, I don't see any scenario where Williams makes the roster to Boykin's detriment. Plus, I believe that Boykin has been the better special teams guy in their respective careers.

@Jeremy Igo, But what of the first string specifically? Did it perform better than the second string?
