  1. That's fuging stupid! Men of all ages wear hats/caps. WTF is wrong with you?
  2. The bucket hat is the color of all their gear, and you can clearly see that it's off.
  3. New Era caps & apparel has sh¡tty Panthers colors. Blue, to be more specific. I knew that I had some hats and gear that was just off-colored, and when I began looking, it was all New Era. The Reebok, Nike & 47 gear that I have all pretty much are true representations of our true colors. For some reason, New Era makes our gear look much more like Jags colors, and our Panthers Blue should not be teal. And if you have New Era gear, from the caps to the shirts, you know I'm telling the truth. I can't even wear my blue (which is really blue-green) bucket hat with anything but New Era because the color sucks! Even the black one has a Panther closer to teal, but I can kinda fake it. Why should we be punks? Seriously! I have more new era gear than anything, but I'm not buying another New Era product until they get our blue right! The others have it right, so it's not like New Era can't do it; they just won't. Unless Panthers fans pressure them to get it right, I doubt that they do anything. I don't want to be the lone whisper in the wind under a real sky. Please tweet at New Era and join me in my Panthers-gear boycott! We need to trend a hashtag and really get their attention! Come on, Carolina Huddle! Time to flex some muscle! New Era is effectively throwing shade--an ugly teal--on the entire fanbase.
  4. Come on, man. In this thread, I haven't said anything about fantasy.
  5. You should be worried about us overpaying Moore. I think that all three of our receivers deserve to get paid, but neither of them are top shelf guys. But, of course, the market dictates these things.
  6. I don't think Curtis is a WR1, but I don't think Moore has proven to be either. If Moore had the route running skills, the improvement and perhaps the moxy of Curt, then maybe he would be a WR1. I will say that Moore's ceiling may have been nearly reached. I don't believe Samuel has reached his ceiling. Why? Moore has had appreciably more snaps while Samuel has been misused. It's no wonder that he hasn't had "#1 receiver stats any way you slice it."
  7. Yeah, that's why Curtis had 851 receiving yards last season on 177 less snaps...
  8. No. I know from just watching games that the top DB is NOT always on Moore.
  9. Wentz pushed his way out. Who knew? Sarcasm for @SizzleBuzz
  10. I don't know why Panthers fans think that the Eagles would give up on Hurts so easily. The real question to me is whether the Eagles will trade their pick tp some team that wants to jump us.
  11. You keep alluding to this, but you know it's not happening. Rhule will never sanction half-assing it, and Tepper is seemingly getting impatient. A lot would have to naturally go wrong for us to have the opportunity to draft Howell, not to mention that there's many months between now and then.
  12. I don't know if that's true or not, and I haven't seen any verifiable data on it, just opinion. Moreover, the fact is that during his rookie year, Samuel was flashing against the top DBs until he got hurt. Plus, there's just something to be said about route running. I bet Samuel is looking even better after last season. Moore's best routes are the dig and slant.
  13. Not trying to be funny, but who gives a fv<k what Joe Banner thinks? Plenty of people think it would be a great deal, but many have also acknowledged that we might even be willing to sweeten the pot if that deal was ever put on the table, particularly if the Dolphins or Jets come stronger.
  14. I mean, some people are giving Moore a pass and willing to open up the bank vault, but he hasn't really shown to be a true WR1. His ceiling may not be that much higher. And yet, the same people get all stingy when it comes to Samuel, who is the better route runner.
  15. I'm not sure that Moore can thrive as the sole focal point of an offense. He is a great contested catch receiver (those 50/50 balls I referenced in an earlier post), and is a YAC generator, but his route running still leaves something to be desired. And, to be blount, he still hasn't shown any superiority against man coverage, and as such his route tree is more limited than that of a true number one receiver. He'still limited. You can only talk "potential" for so long when a guy is showing marginal improvement at best. He should have made greater strides. On an off note, for Samuel to be a "utility player", he certainly produced a lot of meaningful production.
  16. In my opinion, you're underselling Samuel and overselling Moore.
  17. I'm not saying that you're wrong, but Samuel can legitimately play RB. That was his natural position coming out of college. Can you say the same for these guys? Samuel is a nice route runner as well.
  18. Samuel played under the same QBs. Questionable QB play and less than optimal circumstances affects more than a few WRs.
  19. I can tell you, on my part, Moore doesn't get the default superiority card simply because he was the first rounder. He has to earn it.
  20. You're full of it, but you know that already. Preseason can't be equated to a regular season. Just stop!
  21. I don't know if Moore is that much better than Samuel. I think Moore may have higher upside, maybe, but I'm not sure. Moore may be the more natural hands-cather, which may be a fairly big deal for a receiver. But he's left some on the turf also. But, then again, Samuel has seemed to improve more than Moore relatively. And that's a fairly big deal considering that Curtis was basically an RB coming out of college. YAC is a specialty of Moore, but Samuel is no slouch. Moore is likely stronger and able to win those 50/50 balls better. Samuel is probably the better route runner and likely has more juke than Moore. I guess what I'm saying is that it's not as clear-cut as people make it out to be. Samuel has arguably overperfomed expectations based upon limited snaps--he's certainly made the biggest leap--while Moore has been pretty much the same.
  22. Preseason and 2017 doesn't refute what I said. Stop making poo up! You're simply wrong. That's the bottom line. Get your facts straight before offering them.
  23. According to what I've reaf, Stafford had made 226 mil, but anyway... You just want to keep him in his place. Not going to happen!
