Outplayed? What in the world? He was made a QB his senior year in high school because the QB went down and the coach was in a pinch. As he was the best athlete on the team, the coach made him the QB. That's not being outplayed, it's being moved due to necessity.

Band Aid vets (with an S)? I find it interesting that you'd refer to DJ as a Band-Aid. He's a legit receiver more towards the beginning of his prime than not. He could be here one year, or could be here much longer.

I think it will be Joe Alt or Bowers, provided that they don't trade back. With Minny, the Raiders and Broncos possibly looking to trade up, the Chargers may very well opt to take picks.

Harbaugh loves Herbert. I've heard it enough from Greeny that I don't doubt it. Harbaug just trying to get the team younger and cheaper while building up the trenches in order to play Bully ball.

Yeah, if we can sign another pass rusher, we might have a sneaky good defense. Don't tell @rayzor though. I wouldn't want him to give him any false hope. But, yeah, all this was made possible by trading Burns away. There's some irony in there somewhere. Honestly, if we could get decent center play, we might be ahead of schedule. Everything leads back to Bryce though...

Well, he had an 11% pressure win rate. That ranks him 20th for DTs (and he was playing with Spiderman). Brown made his lunch money during the run last season, but he's no pushover against the pass for a DT. I think it's going to take someone who can generate more pressure on the other side to have a viable pass rush
-
Exactly. He's somebody that plays the position that might get a sack if playing with someone else that's really applying pressure.
-
He's no Burns.

Just food for thought from someone who knows..that makes sense. https://landryfootball.com/explaining-draft-trade-charts-read-online-bogus-free/ "Essentially, the chart attempts to quantify the value of each pick, with the No. 1 pick valued at 3,000 points, the No. 10 pick at 1,300 points and just 100 points for the No. 100 pick. Want to trade from No. 10 to No. 8? Well, the No. 8 pick is worth 1,400 points and No. 10 is worth 1,300 points so an early fourth-round pick worth about 100 points should do the trick. "The problem with this is that draft picks by themselves are USELESS. It’s the player you can acquire with that pick that is USEFUL. For example, saying the first pick is worth 3000 points every year is beyond ridiculous. It is worth as much as the player you can acquire with that pick. From year to year the top pick in the draft is valued differently depending on the quality of the player. The same for the 2,d, 3rd, 5th, 10th, 100th, 250th. "So, unless trade charts are adjusted each year and take into account how many players you have graded at each level in your draft board, they ae not useful from year to year. If you have 5 players graded 6.9, then the 6th pick value drops much lower than the value between picks/players 4 & 5. Same thing for the number of players given grades correlating to the first round, second round all the way through the seventh round."

I screwed that up, but if you're hitting those two buttons and still getting x links, I don't know what to tell you. -

Elon and his X poo. Dumbest move I've seen in a long time. Can't tell you how many people use "Twitter" or "X, formerly known as Twitter" -

@TheSpecialJuan are you going into the X app, going to the tweet, hitting the share button, hitting the "copy link" button, and then pasting the link in the thread, and waiting for it to load? That's what works! -
When I think about it: couldn't possibly be any more frustrating than seeing Burns play every Sunday. Of course having two underperforming Youngs might give me nightmares (despite Clowney). We'd never get a break on offense or defense.

I enjoy pie for what it represents, but I prefer to earn it the old fashioned way. And, as many long-timers know, I'm going to say what I'm going to say irrespective of .

If we decide to keep and extend DJ, then that might push X up the list because he's a bigger receiver. Ladd and DJ (and to a lesser extent, AT) might be considered kind of redundant.
-
He kinda did, but not expressly.

I think there's a chance. I think he's a dawg. I know that McConkey is a dawg (big and little D), but McConkey is so much more polished. But Legette has the size and durability. Both are hard workers. Mitchell might be the spawn of them both.

Wink wink, every team does it. The league office has to prove allegations.

In my experience, coming up anyway, people used to think I was stupid because of it everywhere---and don't get me started about making life choices that were nonconformist---but I quickly disabused them of that notion based upon my intellect. Now, some just mistake me for arrogant, but even that's not true. But it is what it is. The ladies and even some guys like my deep voice and hint of a southern drawl. I used to work in a call center. When I answered the phone one time, a guy said "Whoa, who am I talking to, God?" LOL
-
People can tell that I'm from the South by the way I speak, so that's a plus in my book.
