  1. I disagree. No trade up is needed. TE is deep. There are also WRs we can get later also. I doubt Washington will be gone (hell, he may last to three). We also picked up Hurst and have TMJ. Let the draft come to you, unless Mayer is somehow available tomorrow.
  2. Well, fug. I knew Kincaid was a pipe dream.
  3. I mean, sure, if you want to look at it that way. QBs are going to get paid, so if you have one that's actually worth a damn, you had better do some good budget planning. Their salaries are not going backwards.
  4. I was told that the Ravens didn't want him by a few Huddlers. They always wanted him, like they stated I might add, it was just getting the numbers right in order to make everyone happy. I bet it's at least 190 guaranteed.
  5. Well, what was the Under Armor thing about?
  6. Absolutely no one said that he is immune. What QB is? Uh, not one!
  7. Just take it all in stride. If Young gets a hangnail or bloody nose, there will be some of that regardless. Count on it.
  8. If Bryce, specifically, can get through his first year without anything major, I'm not going to worry about him anymore than I normally do about any QB. It sounds like some of y'all are saying that you're going to worry for years simply due to his size. To each his own, but I think that's kind of holding him to a higher standard than anyone else. I mean, any QB can and will get hurt, it's just a part of the game, but as long as they come back and play to expectations, that's what I believe that we should be looking for. Hell, Cam got fuged up and was never right again. Brady got hurt, came back and continued a stellar career. Tua came into the league hurt, and has been hurt repeatedly. Burrow got jacked up and returned apparently as good as new. If Young proves game his rookie season, then I'm not going to inordinately worry about him anymore. It's kind of like a prove-it deal for me (and probably a lot of people). After that, it's just football.
  9. See, that's where you're absolutely wrong. People that want him are concerned about his size, but not enough to pass him over for obviously inferior QBs. By the way, I'm going on record right now saying that Hooker might be the best of the bunch (but that's only if Young's size proves to be catastrophic).
  10. Well, we'll probably know what's what by October---certainly November.
  11. He's 6'2". I figured after the first sentence there was no point in reading the rest.
  12. I told y'all from the beginning that if we move up to one, it would be for Young. Traits, intangibles, tape---the tea leaves have spelled B R Y C E Y O U N G for a long time. Neither Stroud, Levis, or Anthony Richardson had displayed the consistent goods that Young has put forth for a couple of years.
  13. It's in Fitt's blood. He must get his fix.
  14. Honestly, we already know who it is, so spoilers have already been spoiled. I guess maybe day two can be spoiled as well...
  15. The Devil's lettuce? I'm assuming cannabis.
  16. Dude, you realize that he just admitted that Bryce is the pick? "We'll work with him..." There it is.
  17. I sense a little Bulldog hate. Bennett, though not nearly as magical as Young (few are) at extending plays, he is not some statue out there. https://www.google.com/amp/s/247sports.com/Article/Stetson-Bennett-has-evolved-into-an-elite-CFB-QB-Georgia-football-national-championship-TCU-202312296/Amp/
