Yeah. I hate to judge the guy so harshly but Reich has been far too low key. I will not say a guy who played QB in the league is worse than Rhule. Don’t believe it.
-
Yeah. I was begging people to wake up and watch the guy doing football stuff (not talking about itK. It took me about three or four rewinds and rewatches of the deep balls at his pro day, to get there. At that point I could see questions needed to be asked, with answers that were not what people wanted to hear.

Ridiculous is par around BOA. I have never seen anything that looks worse (or even as bad as) than whatever this mess they are running is. Tepper wants a college offense. That is the intel and it totally lines up IMO. We definitely have a college QB, may as hell have a college offense.
-
I’m not against a little larceny.
-
But we can run that college offense for him! Then everybody will see that the SEC IS too as good (or some such typically illogical poo). That is what the offseason and next season will be all about. College offense. College QB. That’s the scuttlebutt: college offense will help Bryce. It’ll be great!

I hope David Tepper is aware of a basic truth

Wilks And the players on last year’s team got that identity thing straightened out PDQ. In my opinion, and before my very eyes in real time, Tepper and Fitterer and their hires tore a lot of the good right out of the team, right off the bat. They just tore it down. It did not make sense unless they were for real going to break out some revolutionary stuff. Which, there has been no trace of creativity. At. All. Anyone else seen any? It is so bad, it seems as if it has to be intentional. No one is that damned sorry and disjointed in their thinking and planning and developing, naturally. Never seen anything like it. -
To those who watched all 4th quarters: why?
stratocatter replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would fire him on the spot if he couldn’t explain what the hell they were doing with the preseason, the offseason minicamps, this super secret great new offense that no one has ever seen. And there is no explanation for it, so buh bye Frank, you earned this. -
I can see it. You don’t have to know what was said. All you really need is belief that Tepper knew Wilks would hold to his code in a head to head disagreement. And that Reich would compromise as we have seen. All that consensus jazz. I think Reich has decided that he is done consensussing though. Wonder if he manages to get fired at halftime pretty soon.

Official Panthers at Cowboys GameDay thread.

I haven’t watched a single postgame presser this year, after all the manure they spread. I don’t want to listen to Frank or Bryce throw meaningless words out there. It’s all that stuff is. A bunch of I’m sorry doesn’t cut it. -

Yep. But he wasn’t brought here to do that. He knows it, that’s his deal. Tepper especially knows it. -
Some people wouldnt even put him on their draft board. They obviously thought otherise. They had some common sense and eyes and no ‘he is so smart’ agenda.

If you’re 60. -
Better draft someone to compete with him.
-
He sure is. I wish they would just use that excuse and bench him. I don’t even want to watch this guy try to play another down, he is is pitifully outmatched. They should let him throw from the white tees.

Thought as to why frank may get canned monday

Won’t matter. We were just at the table when at least one was taken and totally misplayed the hand. -
Daniel Jeremiah on Panthers Offense/Bryce
stratocatter replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Year 2, man. That's gonna be tough. We'd be lucky at just 2 years of anything on offense but it will be more because of what they are not willing to admit they have wasted. It is going to be so much worse if they sell out the defense to bolster those already squandered assets. Which is something people are proposing already. Defense has been the best part of the team. They want that too. -
If Tepper is smart he goes after Jim Harbaugh.
stratocatter replied to CamWhoaaCam's topic in Carolina Panthers
Come on man, he totally bulked and stayed under wraps wouldn't throw work out, he totally gamed it. I suppose it wasn't technically cheating, poor choice of words. It was deceptive, intentionally. He was not forthcoming. No one believed he weighed 204. All some show. I don't know Young to hate him. I hate him as quarterback of my favorite football team. Clearly. Have fun posting irrelevant college clips. btw, classy with telling people to STFU like you run poo. -

Cheating? Our quarterback cheated at the combine, everyone knew it, and our stupid asses in charge took him. -
“I don’t know why they haven’t moved him (Ickey) to guard yet”
stratocatter replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Right there, best thought you have on this and no one else has really said that, that I have seen. I would say, offensively, he simply can’t run the old offense and that is why things were rebuilt, or torn down witrh the intention of rebuilding. Edit: the defense, that is just Tepper fuging things up and being stupid because he wants Pittsburgh and he wants it now. They weren’t ready personnel wise but he doesn’t care he just wants it. -
Bryce has not finished growing. (Yes I am calling that a positive thought).

That’s funny, the Brees thing. It is a lie that has been repeated enough that people believe it. Good job, liars. Bad job, people. There is a photo somewhere of Young next to Brees. Grow him up about 10–15% you might have a Brees comp. I posted it before. Did the math. 209lbs vs 185lbs, hell I’ll be a Brycestan and give him 5 lbs. 209 to 190 . Still basically 10%. Add that rather than subtract it from Brees and he is 230 lbs. Turns out Brees is actually as close to prototype as he is to Young. That is how small Young is. ”Nitpicking” they like to say, bringing actual details into the conversation, sheds a lot of light on how real and accurate people are being. Edit: and I admit I took Young off the top of the 1st round purely on his size, and then investigated further because people wouldn’t let it go. I saw enough independent of his size to keep him off my list. I am really just using the size to illustrate how untruths can turn into truth for people who do not think for themselves. Lot of you out there. This narrative got out of control on the wrong side and hurt us badly.

Predict the crowd percentage at BOA Sunday vs the Cowboys
stratocatter replied to CamWhoaaCam's topic in Carolina Panthers
88 percent Cowboys 8 percent Panthers with 4 percent non affiliated they just came for the party. -
I tell you, something has been off from the start seems like preseason they saw that stuff was really broken because they just shut things down. We haven’t seen an offense. What is there that someone actually designed? What was the concept? That’s my first question. Please tell me what the concept is. I only see them call a play that is a little patty cake 5 yard throw, so we don’t have to run an ambitious play. It makes no sense but that makes as much sense as anything they have done. After all that, what I think is that things got away from Reich with this consensus let everybody design and call plays or whatever. It smacks of some committee approach, when nothing ever works. I think Frank said enough I am doing it my way. Could be an interesting few games.
