High five to you're reply but this thread was / is about ownership, I thought? Striking out on your first coach, if that's what turns out to be the end case, is nothing to burn the house down about. We can only really judge him by his ability to adapt and overcome. I'd say realistically, it takes at least five years to figure out what you have in an owner. I want to say ten years, given how hard it is to find an elite coach but.. I'll concede with five.
