You're throwing out the baby with the bath water. There is more fair journalism being done on YouTube than just about any nationally syndicated publication or platform. YouTube is just one example of a platform which allows millions of stories to be told which might have otherwise been stifled. All You're really telling us is that you lack the faculties to properly seek out the truth. I had more to say but that pretty much sums it up.

He's also an easy avenue for the players to get on and tell their story without going through the normal protocols. You would never have heard Aaron Rodgers' stance on the vaccine if Pat wasn't around. Or, rather, maybe that's why some don't like Pat, I'm sure.

Pat's show is great because they cover the same stuff as the talking wigs but they have absolutely zero fuggs to give for who they piss off with the commentary. You get some pretty pointed criticism from them some times that you don't get other places.

I know he used to do radio spots every week, going over games but I've never heard him do anything like commentating. I'm sure there are some clauses in that contract and I'm sure he'll never make the full 10 year commitment but at least he's tied up, I guess.

I apologize for the poo thread but perhaps it's pertinent to our current situation.. If the Carolina Panthers would have selected QB Justin Fields with the number 8 overall pick in the 2021 draft, do you think Fields would have requested to wear the number 1 jersey? If so, do you think the team asked him this ahead of time? Do you think this played any role in the Panthers shying away from the pick if they were on the fence about him? I'm sure this has been discussed before but as we are still on this QB carousel, I'd be curious to know if anything ever came out publicly about this?
