    There was speculation in one of the ESPN articles a few weeks ago that there had been a shift in the power structure. Maybe it was correct.

    Agree but while one player can make a bigger impact, a swing and a miss on a high draft pick can be devastating. And if there is one position in the NFL that can have close to that significant of an impact it's QB.

    NO MORE PICKS FOR SUB PAR QBS!!!!! I think Sam just needs to go, now. He we into last season with everyone behind him. What is it going to be like with everyone down on him? Of the free agents, Mariota has the most upside but if we're drafting a QB, I'd think we'd want Dalton or Fitzpatrick as a mentor.

    I've been saying this for years. You should always draft a high upside QB and try and develop them. Even if you have a top QB you can trade them or have them in reserve in case of injury.

    If we land Watson should we consider trading Darnold to get rid of some of his salary? Even if that means something like trading away a sixth and getting back a seventh.
