I currently only own a gas grill, but I know charcoal is a far better way to cook overall. My next grill will probably have both. I want to keep the convenience of grilling a quick dinner on a weeknight that gas provides, but also have the ability to do a nice weekend charcoal cookout. I would love to get into smoking as well. I love food way too much to not be doing this on my own.
