Locked On Panthers Trade Deadline Primer with Mike Kaye
hepcat replied to jayboogieman's topic in Carolina Panthers
So is David Tepper and if you put them in the same room you’ll get a lot of stinky douche smell -
Put that money somewhere else in your life.

Mr. Tepper’s dream came true…. He made the Pat McAfee Show….
hepcat replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think most people on this site just want the panthers to stop existing and have the men in black memory eraser at this point -
Phil Snow was basically the coach under Rhule given the rumor Tepper couldn’t get Rhule in a room alone without Snow in the room. The defenses looked good sometimes but also fell apart in key moments sometimes.

Not really sure why he signed here to be honest. I think it was the golf sim in the locker room and variety of golf courses in Charlotte.

Brian Burns statline: 2 tackles, 0 sacks
hepcat replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
Panthers haven’t been on the winning side of a trade in over a decade. This franchise is trash -
Stroud is going to light them up, Bryce Young is going to struggle again, and everyone is going to say he needs “time” or “more weapons” or some sh*t. But the fact is the Texans were a worse team than the Panthers last year and are way better now so let’s not act like it was even a close comparison.

DJ Moore, CMC (61st overall pick on 2023), #9 overall pick in 2023, #1 overall pick in 2024, very high 2nd round pick in 2025 Just reminding everyone that was the price for Bryce Young. It’s not his fault but he’s never going to live up to that price. Especially since it’s clear CJ Stroud is going to be a very good QB.

Did anyone really watch this game? I didn't. Just checked the score and looks kind of expected with the surprise being they went up 14-0

I’d rather the team win than personally be right. I just think a lot of fans are tired of seeing the team make obviously bonehead moves and maybe not win a single game this season which is totally warranted to not be very supportive of that team.

Would you find the Panthers going 0-17 funny?
hepcat replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
It would be funny from everyone’s perspective except panthers fans lol. If the Panthers manage to go 0-17 and don’t get the #1 overall pick because they traded it away, we as fans should just burn the stadium to the ground. -
Albert Breer on Reich, Tepper, Fitterer and Ben Johnson
hepcat replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
The coaching candidate pool is going to keep getting worse if every coach who comes to the Panthers sucks ass. Panthers are the new Browns -
Let's play "I could be a better GM than Scott Fitterer"
hepcat replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Even Scott Fitterer can’t be a better GM than Marty Hurney! -
It’s about time he feel some heat from the National sports media. The Panthers are a new level of bad.

A host on Lions flagship radio proposes Williams + first for Burns
hepcat replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
100% do the deal. 2 net first round assets for Burns is a win. -

Moving Burns and getting two net first round assets in return is a good deal to me- 85 replies

Could Both Fitterer and Reich Be Safer Than We Think?
hepcat replied to tukafan21's topic in Carolina Panthers
The most concerning thing about that article was the “one moment that really stood out about Bryce” wasn’t something he did on the field. First and foremost this is football and you pick the best football players and they fell in love with what Bryce said, not what he did on the field. -
Watch Bryce Young against Texas in 2022. This is a mirror image of how he looks in the pros. Alabama won the game but only because Texas QB Quinn Ewers got hurt and Texas couldn’t score. The Texas defense wasn’t good this year, but they had Bryce under pressure most of the game, and Bryce didn’t do anything until the final drive of the game. I was saying this all off-season, this was a very telling game. It showed Bryce is too short to step up in the pocket when pressured. I haven’t seen him once stand tall in the pocket and deliver a clutch throw. He either scrambles to the sidelines or throws a wounded duck. If Quinn Ewers doesn’t get hurt in this game, Texas wins easily and Bryce might have a much different season. I’m just not sure what if any game tape Bryce had out there that beat CJ Stroud’s Georgia game tape.

I never wanted Bryce. But I thought with as many NFL veteran coaches the team hired, I must have missed something and was initially behind him. Bryce's game against Texas in 2022 is what really soured me on him. Alabama won the game but they really shouldn't have. Texas did not have a great defense that season, but their pass rush was harassing Bryce all game. Bryce did literally nothing in that game until the very last drive. Alabama only won the game because Quinn Ewers got hurt early in the game and Texas struggled to score. That game showed me that Bryce can't handle pressure. He is too short to step up in the pocket and make a clutch throw. He got away with his diminutive size in college because he had a lot of talent around him and the level of competition is lower, but it hasn't translated to the NFL yet and that's why everyone including the team itself is clamoring to get Bryce better WRs like he had at Alabama. I think the jury is still out on Bryce, I wouldn't go dumping him after 4 starts. But it's clear he might need to sit for a season until if/when the team is better because he's obviously not ready.

So....you're saying Scott Fitterer is the problem and Hurney wasn't so bad?
