  1. I was ready to not watch the game this weekend. I had plans all set up at the same time as the game this weekend. Now I'm trying to get out of them so I can watch Cam play again. Why? Because the QB's this team have had after him SUCK DONKEY BALLS. This team is MISERABLE without a leader like Cam. Even if Cam isn't even as good as he was in 2015, or even 2017, or even 2019, he's still at 32 years old WAY better than Teddy Asswater and Sam Dogpiss. Those guys can't even hold Cam's jock strap. This team is going to look much different with him on the field. Even if he isn't good! Why? Because the players on the team respect Cam. Every player will try harder with him on the field. He is a winner. When the team got down against the Giants and gave up, I knew Darnold was done. No one on that team believed he could bring them back. With Cam on the team, there is hope. Watch Robby Anderson start catching balls again. Watch CMC suddenly be healthy the rest of the season. Watch the red zone offense suddenly start working. We might not win many more games with Cam. But there's hope. Something we'd lost with such a miserable set of QBs this idiot franchise replaced Cam with.
  2. Tepper needed to tell tickets and stop the fanbase from running him out of town.
  3. What a trainwreck this season ended up being. Last year I could take it because it was the first year of a new coaching staff and I understood what they were trying to do with Bridgewater at QB. But after they passed on drafting a QB in the first round and bringing in a known failure in Sam Darnold, I'm just straight up ready to be done with this whole team. There's no hope of the offense improving, no hope of making the playoffs, none of these coaches might even be here next season. Tepper f*cked this up so hard hiring guys who weren't qualified for these jobs. Would have been better off with Mike McCarthy for christ sake. What a disaster. It's a miracle the defense is as solid as it is or this team might be 0-9 right now.
  4. He gets an F for the sole reason the QB position was not addressed properly. When you're scrambling to find a franchise QB, you don't just go get 1. You bring in guys to have a QB competition, or draft a rookie and put veterans around him. This team did neither of those things. The Panthers QB room is the worst in the entire NFL.
  5. These losers had many chances to build up a better QB room this off-season through the draft and free agency. Instead they traded for Sam Doofdick and traded away another failure in Teddy Asswater. I hate rooting for a team that makes so many obviously BAD DUMB STUPID TERRIBLE decisions.
  6. Here we are with a team run by dipshit losers
  7. He’s a good backup on a team with an established veteran starter. Maybe he goes to Kansas City or something.
  8. The 2001 team had some really close losses and wasn't as bad as people remember them. They lost like 8 one score games or something like that. The 2010 team in opinion is the worst team the Panthers have ever fielded. That offense was completely inept. You knew after the other team scored their first TD the game was over.
  9. 2010 was worse. They were last in the league in most statistical categories that year.
  10. I do think the guys Brady is scheming to be open are his first read. The problem is Darnold is either too slow to process it, or the offense is so predictable that defenses are keying in on those guys now and forcing Darnold to go elsewhere with the ball. Then the pressure gets to him and he's flushed from the pocket and all hell breaks loose. No matter what it is, it's all broken, the offense is as bad as it has been since 2010, and something has to change. It's pathetic.
  11. Darnold was bad in college, he is bad in the pros. He is just a bad quarterback with unfixable bad traits. It's insane that he's gotten as many opportunities as he has.
  12. the offensive line isn't good but darnold makes it looks worse holding onto the ball for so long even when he has a clean pocket. a good offensive coordinator could scheme quicker throws and play action to manufacture more time to pass. the biggest issue really is darnold doesn't process coverage well. even when brady schemes open guys, darnold either doesn't look at them, throws to them too late, or throws a terrible ball. bridgewater could at least read a defense, even if his arm talent couldn't challenge them.
  13. An NFL caliber offensive coordinator could have won with this roster and Teddy Bridgewater
  14. Is it as tense as when the ladies at work had to wear tight jeans? "Show me how you wiggle to get those jeans up. I bet you had to lay down on your bed to fit into those jeans. Did you step into those jeans or did you have to jump into them?"
  15. Pretty much a bunch of cast offs and rejects, and a guy Gettleman drafted.
  16. Sad to say that Teddy would have probably been able to win on this Panthers team with the improved defense. He did enough last season to put the Panthers in winnable situations that the defense either couldn't hold onto or he couldn't manage to bring the team back because he's not really built to be that kind of QB. Darnold is just straight up bad, at least Teddy could manage a game and move the offense between the 20s.
  17. I can't believe just a little over 3 years ago this team was 6-2 and heading into a Thursday night matchup with the new owner's former team. Nothing has been the same since that game.
  18. Even a casual fan could see that the QB position was not addressed properly this offseason and the fans are livid. No wonder the stadium is going to be full of opposing team's fans or just empty. The entire organization signed off on having Sam Darnold as the one and only starting option this season. That was mind-numbingly stupid. I've said all along that trading for him was not a bad idea as long as you signed a veteran QB behind him (Colt McCoy pr Andy Dalton type QB), or drafted a rookie. They needed to throw talent at the QB position and see what stuck. They did not do that and that was a huge failure on their part. It should cost some people their jobs.
  19. Unless Rhule bounces back to college, I'd just like to see an experienced NFL caliber offensive coordinator under Rhule. I think this team can win with a better QB and a competent offensive coordinator. Honestly I think this team could have won this season with this defense and a Teddy Bridgewater type QB if the offensive playcalling was just a little more creative.
  20. Just goes to show you that even a good defense will still be a losing effort if the offense can't do anything. Offense is more important in today's NFL.
  21. What could happen that will make the team better at this juncture in the season? The problem is Darnold plain and simple. Second problem is Joe Brady and his juvenile play calling. Can’t readily go out and find better replacements for these guys midway through the season. Tepper should just put out a statement apologizing to the fans for the miserable season and vow to get it fixed this off-season. Knock the ticket prices down for Panthers fans. With all the tech we have these days there has to be a way to weed out the opposing teams fans.
