Went from one head coach that didn’t hold the players accountable because they didn’t respect him to another head coach who is notorious for not holding players accountable

Which " NFL Team" would you want your next GM groomed from?!
hepcat replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think we are underselling how much Tepper buying the team impacted Rivera. Cam recently said that the whole vibe changed and that suddenly the players had no voice with the owner. -

Fire Fitterer and Reich. Promote Morgan and Evero. -
Never say never and I honestly think with how much the fanbase hates him that give it another 3-5 years of being a dipshit retard franchise and empty stands and he will run away with the team. We will get another franchise just like the Bobcats/Hornets a few years later. But this time I hope they don’t bring back the cursed black cat mascot.

It’s not out of the realm of possibility but it’d probably be in New Braunfels or San Marcos in between Austin and San Antonio. The Spurs are talking about building a new stadium in San Marcos and if they do that I could see an NFL team piggybacking on that and building a stadium nearby. The Spurs would straight up move to Austin if they could get a lease at the Moody Center. Maybe they’ll finally build a rail between ATX and SATX too….

Who LIKES David Tepper? Even his wife has gotta be in it mostly for the money. The fact she has ANY input in the decisions of the team makes me think dude is a hardcore cuck.
-
Before Tepper bought the team, the Panthers were a hot and cold franchise with two Super Bowl appearances and hovering around .500 historically, which for an expansion franchise compared to their other expansion franchise peers is wildly successful. Go look at the history of the Bucs, Saints, and Falcons when they entered the NFL. Tepper took a .500 team and made it a .250 team. I am fairly confident nothing he will do will result in success at this point.

Tepper has been involved in almost every major decision the team has made and I have to think he at least influenced the pick. I’m not saying it was all him, but to say he didn’t offer his opinion doesn’t jive with his previous behavior.

Just came downstairs to a gigantic pile of metaphor

My thought are with you and your wife my guy. That is a rough year. Night is darkest before the dawn. -
Aside from Frankie Luvu I can’t really say what he’s done right in free agency. Austin Corbett was a fine signing I guess.
-
I mean as soon as he walked through the door there was just bonehead decision after bonehead decision. Trading for Darnold, fine, but you pick up his $19m 5th year option? What the f*ck. All his trades up in the drafts have been disasters. Have any of his draft day trades worked out? His best draft pick is probably Icky and that’s not saying a lot after what a terrible game he had today. What is super weird is they went up there last season and didn’t have that problem under Wilks.

THE Official David Tepper Sucks Thread
hepcat replied to Panthers Fan 69's topic in Carolina Panthers
Can we just have one of these that lasts in perpetuity -
I just have red zone on in the background while I’m doing other sh*t around the house. Today I was packing up boxes in the garage. Go do some physical work and you don’t feel as bad about a group of overpaid losers being bad at their jobs
-
Yea maybe, he did say one of the reasons he signed with the panthers was they had a golf simulator in the locker room
-
I feel like Adam Thielen hardcore rejects signing with this garbage franchise

Suuuuuuuuuuuure does look like coaching is the problem
hepcat replied to electro's horse's topic in Carolina Panthers
Everything is bad. There is nothing good about this team aside from first half defense. At least Steve Wilks had the team running the ball consistently -
I work for a company that has a lot of people who live in Indiana and they all told me Reich was complete trash and was lucky to have any success because he coached in the ass AFC South
-
Let’s just burn the stadium they have to the ground and erase the franchise from the NFL history books instead
-
It doesn’t matter who you put in a panthers uniform, they will morph into a loser

3rd and 4 to 3rd and 14 game over
