  1. Not mad a Brady for trying to level up at all. Dude has a chance to get the top job, go get it if you can. I just think it’s frankly ridiculous that he’s even being considered. I haven’t done any digging on the subject but I would wager he’d be one of if not the most inexperienced head coach in NFL history.
  2. The list of former Reid assistants that go on to have success is strong. It is maybe the best current coaching tree there is. Four of his former assistants are head coaches of 2020 playoff teams. McDermott, Harbaugh, Rivera, and Nagy. Bienemey is, by the metrics, a much more sure bet to at least be a decent head coach more than many of the other candidates getting interviews.
  3. And yet someone like Eric Bienemey looks like he will go another offseason without getting a shot. It is really strange what teams do. The fact Joe Brady is even getting these interviews is ridiculous. He’s been a coordinator at ANY level for one season, and frankly the results weren’t even that great. I was HOPING the Falcons would hire him because I was extremely confident given his lack of experience and time in the NFL, it would be a colossal failure. We will see if some team is naive enough to think a guy with that little experience can be a head coach. Maybe if he was paired up with a very experienced senior coach like Wade Phillips, it might have a chance at success, but could tear a locker room apart with guys seeing Wade as the real head coach. Time will tell.
  4. Brady might be the least qualified candidate to ever become a head coach at the NFL level and it won’t even be close.
  5. He’s better than that. His QB situation has been garbage most of the time he’s been on the Panthers.
  6. That’s what should happen but I haven’t seen anything from this team to assume they know what they are doing. No QB, inexperienced cocky owner with a rookie former college head coach on a ridiculously expensive and long contract is a recipe for a miserable decade.
  7. Who knows what stupid decisions this franchise has in store for us. It’s probably going to be a rough next 10+ years.
  8. It's probably a good time to start thinking about getting out of the market and holding a cash position for awhile. Gonna drop again pretty soon as more COVID cases surge.
  9. I think it's a good time to get into gold (GLD) I made a good chunk of money in the last month and I took some of my investments out to build a new patio on my house. My property is the best investment I have.
  10. Good thing you didn’t! Now Hertz is bankrupt. I bought some ETFs in cloud computing and information security that have done nicely. I also have a small holding in the Nikola reverse merger offering (possible competitor to Tesla)
  11. Meanwhile OJ Simpson weighs in on the Coronavirus
  12. Zoom stock is surging. UT Austin just purchased a Zoom license for the entire school to host remote classes. I just interviewed for a job at a major international company for a global real estate job working on building new offices worldwide, and with the coronavirus and the economy tanking I was like ehhh maybe this isn’t the best job for me right now. Pay was lit tho.
  13. There's no way they keep both Dickson and Sandland.
  14. Well how about we add a corner to that list. Odds we bring back Charles Tillman or Finnegan at this point?
  15. Really depends who is playing opposite him. Johnson and Hardy had the benefit of playing with each other and the question was, who do you double team? If Ealy is "the guy" and they scheme to slow him down I could see it benefiting the other DE more. Not saying he doesn't have the talent but if he's the only marquee pass rusher we have on the edge it'll be easier to slow him down.
  16. The Broncos have played two injury depleted teams en route to the Superbowl. The Steelers playing without Deangelo Williams and Antonio Brown, and the Patriots with more injuries than are even worth mentioning. The Broncos came very close to losing both games. The Steelers and Patriots essentially abandoned the run in the games against the Broncos, not because the Broncos are good at stopping the run, but because both teams were starting their third and fourth string RBs. The Broncos only played two teams in the top 10 for rushing yards per game this season: The Kansas City Chiefs, who beat the Broncos handily in KC, and almost beat the Broncos in Denver if it weren't for a late 4th quarter Jamaal Charles fumble. And the Minnesota Vikings, who came within a late FG of beating the Broncos in Denver. I really don't think the Broncos are ready to stop the Panthers rushing attack, which will open up the passing game for Cam. This game won't even be close.
  17. Forgot one key fuging stat assholes: 15 wins vs 10 wins. Suck on it Seabutthole fans
