  1. I'd rather figure out a way to get Howell from Seattle. I think he would do really well in Canales offense. I also think Howell would do great with this offensive line. Thoughts?
  2. If we are out of contention or heading that way and Johnson is on his way out. It would be stupid of us not to try to get some value out of him. We have to listen to offers. A second round pick would be minimum I would take but we have to make the decision based on the future not right now. I would love more than anything to sign him to a long term deal but I honestly don't think he plans on being here after 2024. Take what we can get.
  3. I wish this was fact but since we have rejected other teams interests in obtaining Young. I think they may think he may eventually turn around. IMO trade him while here is interest.
  4. Can't cry over spilled milk. I'm just happy Fitterer is gone and Morgan is doing well to rebuild this roster. Picks 1-4 in 2024 draft class seem to be pretty solid picks. The bottom half of class needs developing.
  5. I think we would have to consider it. If Johnson isn't going to sign an extension then getting a pick for him would be a smart move. LEGGETT, did pretty good moving into AT spot this last week. Mingo also showed some potential. If Coker can find a spot we might hang in there until the end of the season without AJ. If these young players continue to improve I think these next couple of games could decide whether we can make the move. We're not going to the playoffs so building through the draft is our only way out of this position Fetterer put us in. IMO Morgan is doing a good job getting us out of the basement but it's not going to be this year.
  6. I also think Coker and Raym making the team as UDFAs gives us hope Morgan is doing this right. I agree they are building a team and not just for Young. Great Post
  7. Rex Ryan has zero room to talk. His tenure as a head coach was a disaster and that's being nice.
  8. Hubbard hits the hole like a madman. Sanders dances around like he's "Dancing with the Stars". It's sickening. Plus the first touch of contact he goes down.
  9. That is one huge Mofo. Hubbard can thank him for sure. Can't wait for our rookie to run behind him.
  10. Even though we were getting our ass handed to us the first two weeks he was playing well. He's a solid complement to Horn.
  11. We might be stuck with his contract but there isn't any law saying he has to be on he active roster.
  12. If we can get some help from the returning players we might beat the over on total wins. The defense still scares me but if we can get some of our IR players we might have a solid team.
  13. I have always believed Chuba was better than advertised. I am glad he has worked on his receiving. What I really like about Hubbard is that he runs hard. He grinds for every yard. Sanders on the other hand was truly a wasted free agent pick up. He pitter pats to the hole and usually gets tackled on the first hit. He acts like he can run like his namesake Barry Sanders but he isn't close. I'd rather see any of our other running backs replace him when they give Hubbard a breather.
  14. Want to give Corbett some love. Many were skeptical about him moving to center but he's done a great job in the middle of our line.
  15. Win or lose. It shows we have a competent offense.
  16. Anouncer saying it should have been a pick. I thought Dalton dropped a dime, Johnson just didn't bring it in.
  17. He's not going to stay in Carolina and we're not going to the playoffs. If the opportunity arises I think we make a trade.
