This!!!! As if the defense doesn't matter in a WIN. We beat the Rams with a stingy defense and scored enough on offense to win the game. We should be optimistic if our defense compliments our offense.

The paragraph I was talking about was about how we got "lucky" by getting those turnovers. We forced those turnovers and deserved to win the game. I get your point and hopefully we get more consistency from the offense.

The difference is Rico and Chubba are full strength. Last time we were splitting carries and we should have been riding Rico. This time I believe Chubba and Rico both will have solid games.

Why are so many people making this an issue? It's called a team. You can't win, especially against good teams if you don't have contributions from all aspects of the game. Our defense FORCED these turnovers. That's how you win games. Let's stop making this all about the offense. TEAM EVENT.

Just watched CBS's picks for the week and both of them are picking N.O. Prisco always goes against the Panthers so that's no surprise. Bilboard Material

Don't forget this was one of the games where Canales was splitting time with Rico and Chubba. Chubba wasn't fully healthy. I think this time either back will be effective. I don't want to go all pass like we did against a 49er team I think we could have beaten. Feed into the run first and gash them with Coker, T-Mac and Evans. I am hoping that he recovers and can be a serviceable backup to Chubba. I really want to keep Dowdle but, it's a money crunch and you can't keep everyone. We have Chubba so we'll probably let him go elsewhere. Just hope it isn't in our division. Brooks has a great mentor in TD. If there is anyone who can give him advice it's him. I like that TD gave information on how he worked out and recovered.

And we get our starting 5 on the oline back. Hunt is a beast

If I remember correctly, we were alternating Rico and Chubba who wasn't ready to come back. We've performed well against teams that stack the box. If we get Hunt and Mays back. We'll be able to run enough that it will open the passing game. I was so angry at DC for not sticking with Rico.

He makes a couple of big plays and everyone thinks he's a hidden gem. IMO he holds onto the ball way too long and He plays off script mostly. Just not a fan.

If you ask me Ben Johnson lost that game for them. He waited until the 2nd half to start running the ball. Had the Bears run the ball in the 1st half they probably would have won the game.

For the past 7 or 8 years we've looked at what our draft position was going to be this late in the season. Talking about meaningless wins. It is super refreshing to be able to talk about the playoffs so late in the season. Go Panthers Go Navy Beat Army
