  1. Here is how I see it. I haven't read through all the comments so it has probably been said. We had ONE way, just one single way to win that game against the Bills. With us having a QB who decided he wanted to switch teams real quick, the only chance (and yes, still a small chance) to win that game was run the ball, with one of top, most violent RB's in the league, down the throat of one of the worst defenses in the league. You start the first play and you keep doing it until the final whistle. Doing this keeps the ball out of the hands of our QB who forgot what he was supposed to be doing that day. It keeps the ball out of the hands of a solid offense you would have to stop. You run the ball with the guy who gets more yards, which in turn should net you more points (I think Dave forgot that getting more yards is better than less yards though, so I hope someone let him know this after the game). Running the ball also can eat up the clock if successful. So the only way we win is a slow, methodical low scoring game where we own the time of possession. What does Dave do? The exact opposite of all that. Dave honest the god, took the best gameplan you could use, a gameplan any 10 year old that only watches every other game would know to use, that every single fan knows you had to use, Dave's gameplan was to do the exact opposite of that. Dave thought it is better to use a RB that would net you way less yards than the other. Someone will have to explain why it is better to 1/3 the yards you could get (explain why a 4 yard gain is better than a 12 yard gain.) I honestly dont know why less yards is better. It seems like some are saying guys are happier and have more fun the following Monday if they lose but someone is happier because they got to run more? That confuses me. Dave decided instead to put the ball in the hands of a QB who would forget which way they are going down the field, and that's the game has a timer, which ends when the timer goes to zero. Not only does Dave decide to play the players that do worse in practice and games, he will avoid the plays that would seem to have the most chance of success, he decides to keep to the plays that don't work. In orher words, if history shows the play would yield success, you dont use that play. If you have been using a play that does not work at all, that means you should not use any other play except the ones that dont work. Dave will have to explain that strategy also because I don't understand it. And finally, those who actually watch the whole game can see it, Dave Canales shows an immense amount of fear. He was scared to death of the Bills. You can't get that from the box score. You also can't understand just how much his fear contributes to the loss. Thats why people who say it was all Dalton just don't have the mental capacity to judge, or did not watch at all (only looked at numbers). For example, I think it was the second drive (maybe forth). Dave stopped a touchdown, it was all him. Rico does what Rico does (made Dave look dumb by showing more yards are better than less) and busts out something like a 40 yard run. Things are rolling. Instead of keeping the drive rolling Dave said "hold up, less points are better than more points...i have to stop this." So he pulls out a play so dumb that it leaves the place in shock. He puts Dalton out wide where everyone knows he is worthless, making the decision that we are onlying using 10 players this play, and we don't feel like have a QB at the moment....the perfect time for wildcat (because we are cats too). Its executed exactly as Dave hoped for, flawlessly...a loss of yards. Booyah. Things looking good. Now it's time to put it in Dalton's hands to seal the deal. It goes off perfectly. Buffalo gets the ball. Dave proves he is a genius. I guess I was wrong about him...
  2. There is no excuse. I can't get past his decision making. If Dave thought the last game and this game were the right game plans and the guys just didnt execute, well you cant have someone like that anywhere near the team. It's just means his intellect is far below bad. Though I don't think it was just Dave being really really stupid when it comes to playing football. I'm sorry, but this has Tepper's fingerprints all over it. There are only two things I think happened. Tepper is telling these coaches what is going to happen in game. If Tepper is still doing this, you can go ahead and forget the Panthers while he is there. If he is STILL telling coaches what they will do, it is completely over for the Panthers. He is too dumb to give any input. If Tepper is coaching, we would be better with no coach. He is really that stupid. But there is a good chance they threw that game. Everyone better hope that the Pamthers threw that game (I honestly don't see how they couldnt have thrown it.) Only people who watched the game would really understand what happened. If you watched the game you know. But we better hope we get caught throwing games and the team gets absolutely destroyed. But that they find out Tepper was involved and they have to kick him out of the league. This is the absolute best scenario for the Panthers. And no, I'm not joking. This is the chance to get Tepper out. The internet needs to find a connection to Tepper, or the Panthers are done. Tepper is really that stupid.
  3. There is zero chance the coaches and certain players were told to throw this game. I know its the viral thing in the media right now, but if you were trying to throw a game...this is exactly what you do. You start the worse players, and if the backups actually make a play, you immediately take them out. You have your quarterback make a drive, and if they get in the red zone tou have your quarterback walk over and toss the ball to the defense. You also have your veteran quarterback make stupid decisions that a rookie on his 2nd game would be never make. Over and over and over. And then you have the refs toss flags for absolutely nothingon 3rd down if the opponent doesn't convert, twice on crucial 3rd downs they did not convert. I mean how else would throwing a game look? Oh, and then you hand your announcers a script to push whatever you are tryi g to push. Ex-NFL players saying that the main problem was that the defense just couldn't stop the "amazing" Buffalo team. They said Buffalo is just in another tier than the Panthers because they are just freaking amazing. What??? They were definitely beatable if the Panthers didn't throw the game. Just wait until you have everyone breaking down each play. It's going to look bad, really bad. And these announcers, ex-Panthers players, saying things that made absolutely no sense after the game. That was the weirdest part to me. In my opinion the defense was doing pretty freaking good. I guess they should have caused Andy for the almost pick 6, and they suck for not stuffing them 4 times in a row on the 1/2 yard line. I don't care what you say, something wasnt right today. I know bad football, I'm a Panthers fan, this one didn't look right. Maybe this was a humiliation ritual for Tepper. The Panthers purposely threw this game, it couldnt have been more obvious.
  4. Umm anyone else here at the game? Is Dalton throwing this game? Looking pretty obvious down here. You can say he sucks (he has made some pretty solid throws) ,but he purposely threw that pick 6 and no doubt wanted to go into the half without a field goal (thats mental). Couldn't tell with any other plays. He is a horrible actor, its obvious these 2 were on purpose.
  5. I think his football IQ is well below average. I do not think he can read defenses at all. He is not the long term answer. I'm getting worried about DC. I think he has problems seeing the big picture for each game. Some people can't accept it, but this game is greatly affected by momentum. It's hard to explain but you can just feel his decisions break it at least two or three times a game (I think he is pretty solid when it comes to 4th down decisions). My biggest concern is this. You have seen these coaches time and time again. For some reason you have these coaches that absolutely will not go with what is working. We need a name for these coaches, what is it? If something is working great, they just do not have the intelligence to comprehend that something working is actually good for their team. They cannot understand this. AND REPORTERS NEED TO CALL THIS OUT. Rushing was insane for the past two games...ok let's take half his carries away and have Bryce air it out (look at the attempts he had). The reporters need to freaking ask "((this)) was working, you didn't do ((this)), do you consider that bad coaching? If so, why? If not, why do you defend doing the opposite of what it best?" Anyone knows you keep doing something until they stop it. But you have these coaches that think the are going to pull a fast one on them and do the thing that is not working. Dave is starting to remind me of that guy in the movie Kung Pow. I think his name was Weeblow or something, he had those squeaky shoes when he ran around. The Kung Fu masters trained him wrong as a joke, so he did things to get the crap beat out of him instead of winning the fight. I am going to start calling Dave Canales WEEBLOW if he keeps doing the opposite of what would win. But seriously, if he is going to be that type of coach, I would honestly get rid of him after this season. You 100% do not want a coach with this flaw...they may have one good fluke season but it will be years of terrible teams.
  6. I would draft a QB if one falls to us. Bryce is not the long term answer for this team. It will be interesting to watch Dalton for a game or two if it happens. I think a major problem (besides size and strength) is his football intelligence. I don't think he has it. I don't think he can read the defense at all. For any success he'll need someone like Cam had (Kalil) to basically tell him what is going on. I do not think Bryce has the football IQ to be a long term starting QB.
  7. This guy is a time traveler or something. He knew a punt was going to beat us. Man these guys are are able to see the future or they are just smarter than I can comprehend. Man how did he know the Jets win by punting in points?
  8. Lets just go get Chubb instead. He can come back home
  9. Not blaming Bryce. All on Tepper. There is going to be a shift in consciousness here. People will become enlightened and see the light. They will see that Tepper is the one who rules the realm of sucking at football. We are doomed to live in this hell for eternity unless he is defeated lol ...but for real, there needs to be a movement to shift all focus on him. None of this will change with him here.
  10. This is the 4th year in a row I've said it, but the Panthers have a 0% chance of becoming a playoff team with Tepper as the owner. It does not matter who is hired for this franchise, Tepper will not be an owner if this team goes to the playoffs. I have consistently said all Carolina Panthers discussion should be about how to get Tepper to leave the Carolina Panthers. Billboards, emails, protests lol, I don't know. Might be impossible, but we aren't coming close to the playoffs with Tepper at the helm. It starts at the top. Look at who we have gotten rid of. Don't care what anyone says, Wilkes did something amazing here with what he was thrown into. Look at the trades like the Burns disaster. Look at the Top 10 picks, I don't have to mention the pick that popped in your head. Look at who we let go (Baker Mayfield/Sam Darnold). Many were screaming to keep them when we had them and start to build the team. And don't pay attention to the people that were screaming they sucked, they have the same intelligence as Tepper. Anyone who watched the games could easily see that we needed to keep them and build the rest of the team. They aren't looking too bad now either, are they? Would you want them or Bryce? No good talent will come play for Tepper if they have a choice between two options. Tepper will keep the super high turnover in the office churning. Yeah it's the GM who makes these decisions, but it isn't. Tepper writes the checks. Tepper decides who plays on this team, period. So many that the trade for Bryce was insanely stupid at the team. Horrendous. And we hear Tepper had dinner with Bryce and LOVED him. Tepper made that happen. TEPPER WILL KEEP THIS TEAM FROM EVER MAKING THE PLAYOFFS. I see people saying we need to pick a quarterback in the draft. That is fine, but why does it matter if Tepper is still the owner of this team? It doesn't, there has to be a movement to get him out. Nothing violent or illegal, it's freaking football. But the more talk about getting him out, the more of a chance, even though it's really low, of getting him to leave this team behind. Look at Washington...there is hope
  11. This actually made this game very interesting now. I don't think I have ever seen a game where a team waves the white flag in the 2nd quarter. I don't think I've ever saw one in the 3rd quarter. I'm sure there has been one, but the 2nd quarter is wild. I wonder who made that call? That was nuts!
  12. Man, you guys have to deal with a different level of stupid on this board lol. I swear this guy is related to Fitterer, or probably his lover or side piece. Something like that
  13. Once the one dude stuck his finger down his throat to throw up on a freaking child, id had enough of them. I don't know how you wouldn't snap if you saw someone do that to your kid.
  14. I'm sorry but how is this not obvious to anyone? This is exactly what everyone should be thinking. How the heck does Reddit have way more people that know what's going on compared to here? I hate Reddit. Anyone who says Bryce is not the quarterback (if healthy) during a few year rebuild must get out or go to my re-education football camp to learn what football is. 2 months at least. The football IQ has completely plummeted. While I'm gone Happy Panther is in charge because he is by far the smartest here so far and refuse to read anymore comments from these parrots. Thank you Happy Panther for having what we call at camp..."Tepper Telligence". Anyone saying new quarterback...I'll see you tomorrow morning at 7:00am. Tepper out...
