There is no chance of this happening. There are certain people in sports media who don't watch Panthers games, and don't know much of anything about the Panthers. The problem is that they are still required to make predictions, and they don't want to study the Panthers, so they just take a random guess and this is what you get. If the board fell that way we would probably trade down to a tackle hungry team and take AR. Or take some other player at 9, or something that made some kind of sense.
