  1. Don't forget the Jackson extension after he just blew out his Achilles, and already had constant ankle problems.
  2. Oh and here is something that will sicken you about the Darnold trade. Reports at the time were that no one was making offers for Sam. So if we stayed firm with a low ball offer, I think we could have had him for just a 4th, or less. Like WAAAY over offered on him with no other teams even sniffing around, and then sign the 5th year option to boot. Sickening. Killed the whole fan base. Sill have not recovered from that blunder.
  3. Just almost everything he's done, do something different and you're better. This isn't Monday morning GM. I said at the time Darnold was a proven failure and he would flop hard. I said at the time to trade Burns, or he's going want enough money for a private island and he's not worth two 1sts and a second and it was the deal of a lifetime for us. Huddle said we couldn't replace him or some other b.s. Keep CMC and DJ, and trade Brown and Burns for draft capital to go get a QB. Trade to number 2 if that isn't enough to go to 1, and take CJ or Young at #2 depending on who falls. I'm not going to keep going with things like Henderson, Gilmore, ect ect. The lesser players and blunder trade ups and reaching like a moron in the draft isn't worth listing off. This really gets my blood boiling.
  4. Lil' Jordan and Lil' Bryce. I could see that.
  5. Jeudy has proven nothing on the field. Chinn is my favorite defensive player on this team, but that's not saying much. No way am I taking that trade. They would need to offer more.
  6. If Tepper is overriding Fitt, then we, and no one, has any possible way of evaluating Fitt. We're all in the dark if Tepper is running the show. Even Tepper won't be able to determine if Fitt is doing a good job or not, BECAUSE TEPPER IS DOING HIS JOB. However, in listening to Tepper in interviews it sounds like he's staying in his lane and letting everyone do their jobs.
  7. I want Tepper to rip Reich a new one. I hope Frank isn't having any peace or fun. If I were getting millions and working 60 hours a week I'd know the middle names of every player on the roster, and what they had for breakfast. There wouldn't be any "I forgot about that player." Oh "I didn't know that player wasn't on the field." Now I don't want Tepper messing with roster building or the draft, but yes rip Reich. And then go after Fitt as well. I don't want them having a good time because I'm not having a good time. The fans are not having fun, so go get his ass Tepper, crazy corporate shark style.
  8. Jets fleeced us, Bears fleeced us, Jags fleeced us, so yeah that all Fitt does is get us fleeced.
  9. The only consolation in all of this is that I am fairly certain that Tepper is ripping Fitt to shreds for building this turkey of a team. I bet Tepper is an absolute horror to get reamed by. I bet he's going ballistic on Fitt.
  10. The time to worry about our WR was during the off season, not when we're falling ass backwards into becoming the first ever 0-17 in NFL history.
  11. Fitt values Burns at more than two 1sts and a second round pick. There is no chance of a 1 for 1 trade Burns/Jeudy.
  12. Fitt needs to be placed under citizens arrest if he tries to trade anymore future draft picks away.
  13. On 5/26/2023 at 5:18 PM, pantherj said: This is just my opinion but I'm seeing trouble on the horizon with the WR corps. Jim may love Mingo, but college level DBs stuck to him like glue. Not good. That means NFL DBs will be all over him as well. I'm not saying Mongo won't be good, but he may need to be thrown open. I think waving off DHop because we have TMJ, Chark, and 32 year old slot receiver Thielen, would seem kind of silly to me. Just my opinion. Obviously go by what the experts are saying. Not trying to invalidate or dismiss what was said on the radio. We already knew over the summer that Fitt needed to do something and get a #1 WR. He failed. 0-6. Fire him asap.
  14. Somone go bump the thread when the Rams made that offer for Burns. That thread would be gold now considering our team is dead in the water.
  15. Remember the DBO sign? We need a DFP sign for Frank [Don't Forget Players]
  16. I going to die of laughter from this f@#$%ck up team HAHAHAHAHAHA
  17. "Terrace was all alone in the team hotel ordering room service and trying out Frank’s aftershave."
  18. Fitt's get out of jail free card in the past has been "oh that wasn't Fitt's idea, that was Rhule's." So Fitt should have been fired for the Sam Darnold franchise destroying blunder, but fans said Rhule picked Sam and twisted Fitt's arm. Then Rhule made Fitt offer way to much for Sam (no other team was even making offers), and then Rhule made Fitt sign the fifth year option. This is the type of imaginary fan protection recieved by Fitt for some reason. So then Fitt unloads a HoF level RB, and our biggest receiving threat for draft ammo for Young. Couldn't he have traded defensive players for draft ammo. Of course he could have, but he chose not to do so. Now Fitt is locked into this Young decision. If Young flops, then Fitt is going to be fired. He should have already been fired and run out of town and banned from returning to Charlotte for life for the Sam Darnold disaster, but we're somehow blaming Rhule for that. Fine. Fitt is getting blammed for Young if he doesn't pan out. I don't want to hear that Frank is to blame. I don't want to hear that Tepper's wife insisted on drafting Young. Finally Fitt is going to take responsibility.
  19. The same problems repeat themselves but we don't plan for them during the off season and draft. So I said Horn and Jackson would have injury problems this season, and I never found anyone on the huddle who would disagree. Shocker they're hurt again. I think with Horn we might be 1-5, but who would be shocked if we reset with Horn from the start and went 0-6?
