  1. If Marty had just landed us Herbert he might still have a job, or at least be loved for that final move. Instead he stayed put and we missed out on a franchise QB. The Little pick was right up there with Gettleman's Vernon Butler pick.
  2. If we can get Quentin in the early 20's then we need to make a move imo. Quentin might be there because his route running is kind of sloppy, so he could fall below his athletic ability would otherwise place him.
  3. Yeah I think Zay might be closer to 39th than some of the other top guys just because he has a shorter catch radius. I think Fitt knows we need to add another big play WR badly, and he didn't snag a top WR in FA.
  4. Yeah we're going to try to move up from 39, and if that fails we'll try and move down. Just imo it sounds like (I'm reading into this nothing solid) that moving up is less likely to happen than moving down because other teams are more interested in going up to 39, than down to 39.
  5. Well it doesn't sound like AR that is for sure.
  6. If I were Fitt I would try to target Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU, somewhere in the 20's if I were moving up.
  7. Fitt - "We set this team up to where we can take a player (1st round pick QB) and drop him in..." That was a few hours ago, and that sound like Young.
  8. "Panthers GM Scott Fitterer hints at draft day trade-up" https://www.yahoo.com/sports/panthers-gm-scott-fitterer-hints-171554011.html He's referring to possibly going back into the 1st round! I need to do a few final mocks where we trade back up into the 1st.
  9. If CJ falls past the Falcons and out of the top 10 then they must know something about him that I don't. Well of course they do they're experts and I'm a fan, but still I'd want to know what they were thinking.
  10. Final Non-simulator Mock Draft Round 1 - Bryce Young - QB Round 2 - Jalin Hyatt - WR Round 3 - Clark Phillips III - CB Round 4 - Andre Carter II - OLB Round 4 - Andrew Vorhees - IOL Round 5 - Noah Sewell - ILB
  11. Sounds like he wanted to take a wait and see approach and hopefully recover and avoid surgery. That comes at the expense of our upcoming season if he is in any way less prepared mentally or physically at the start of the season.
  12. Has anyone else read that the CJ S2 score was false? Just made up and his real score has not been released?
  13. FINAL DATABASE MOCK DRAFT (W/ TRADES)
  14. FINAL DATABASE MOCK DRAFT (NO TRADES)
  15. FINAL PFF MOCK DRAFT (NO TRADES)
  16. FINAL MOCK DRAFT FOR PFN (NO TRADES) I had to make a decision to go with a OLB or a WR. Ultimately we have too weak of a WR corps to pass on Zay Flowers. The OLBs I looked at in the 3rd round were not much of an improvement over YGM, so I picked a CB, DE, and interior o-line depth. We will need to select a OLB in the next draft who is better than YGM.
  17. Joe Burrow scored 97%. Young 1% better. Nice. Our next QB is going to be smart at least.
  18. 39 - Dawand Jones, OT, Ohio State No chance of that pick happening. A 6'8 374 pound OT with our second round pick? He wouldn't even see the field unless we had multiple injuries, and he might be slowest player in the entire draft. He would give up at least 20 sacks on our vulnerable 5'10 rookie QB if he did see the field. CBS is BS.
  19. If Gibbs is there that low I'm taking him. Period. Benton to DE, A.T is critical depth, and DJ will be competing with YGM for OLB.
