    In most cases but in rules case he has input on everything and we have too good of an OC and DC to not say rule screws it up. I hold rule fully accountable.

    My opinion is based on his interviews, his play design, his ineptitude, his record, many more opinions from professionals etc. etc.

    I can see where some would think that. I would like to think it was because Correl needed time but putting him behind a 3rd and 4th string probably has made him gun shy. Let's see what he gets with the Patriots.
