  1. And the stands are packed with actual home team fans. Soccer is the money maker for Tepper and that is obvious
  2. If the draft goes like this and Pickett and Corral are available in the 2nd, we will be trading into the 2nd using next years 1.
  3. When is the last time a high ceiling project QB billed as a likely early pick ever hit their ceiling?
  4. Meh - Arnold had more fumbles than he did touchdowns (0) and had a measly 400 yards. So you consider that starting quality but Henderson is a bust? Biased any?
  5. New coach. New regime. Personality issues. That’s what led to his trade. Not lack of talent. anyways - we shall see. I still think he outplays Jackson l. And if he doesn’t - he was a 3rd round pick for us. So our expectations shouldn’t be sky high anyways.
  6. Is it his fault he was a top 10 pick? He. Any help where he was chosen. He’s a tall and long corner with good speed. They don’t grow on trees, and certainly can’t be judged by a handful of games. It’s amazing how people on here give some guys a pass for years, yet are ready to discard a player after a few games and label him a bust. There are so many nfl players who hit their strides year 3+
  7. Wow - very bold to call him a bust after playing 13 total games when he has been a solid contributor at times when on the field. He’s 23 with limited experience. I’ll bet he outplays Jackson this season.
  8. Pretty sure you meant to say “Donte Jackson”
  9. He gave up a few plays, but most were perfect throws that no one could cover against. He also held his own at times. He’s a young kid with a ton of potential who was learning a new system while dealing with an injury. Besides, no one on our defense looked great last year. Even Burns and Reddick had their fair share of screw ups
  10. Henderson will prob turn out to be a good trade. Perryman didn’t want to play here, so trading him and getting something in return was brilliant. Also trading Greg Little when he shouldn’t even be on a roster was great. His draft day trades were also solid.
  11. No one knows what will happen, not even Fitt at this point. Depends on how the board falls. Heck the latest NFL.con mock has 3 QBs going in the top 5 due to trades by SEA and NO. It’s so hard to tell until the moment the cards are turned in.
  12. Remember is was a Miami coach who filmed himself doing lines of cocaine in his office. Could be a culture thing. Dan just kept his mouth shut and kept coaching I’m sure
  13. Yeah it’s pretty bad when Sam Darnold was a clear upgrade over Cam
  14. No one is suggesting that Cam owes us anything. Bottom line is Cam just isn’t good anymore and won’t have many options. He is still a FA right now for the same reason he was a FA half way through last season. And he did more harm than good with his on the field showings last year. He will be lucky to latch on anywhere, let alone a team of his choosing.
  15. Ryan Kalil was projected to go early in round 1, and ended up falling into the second where we grabbed him. It always seems like starting centers can be found in round 2-4 without an issue
  16. The last time the dolphins lost a WR to the Pats it haunted them for years (Wes Welker)
  17. Um the OP literally uses stats since 2019. And Pickett was still very good in this category.
  18. I get what you are saying - but ED incentives give an entity a “credit” on new investment created, not existing investments. So taxpayers are not footing the bill for anything. In fact, incentives that help drive public infrastructure improvements does quite the opposite by reducing the burden on taxpayers who otherwise would pay more in taxes to fund those improvements.
  19. So he was wrong in 2018 and 2021 and right in 2019 and 2020. Basically a coin flip.
