    Not a Rhule fan. but honestly, last years team was at minimum 8 starters away from competing. That’s pretty tough for any coach. so far we have addressed 5 of those 8 positions, so yes, Rhule should show some competency this year or else

    Lol the Griffin thing? Come on now - Adam Theilan defended Kirk right after this and Everaob apologized. I wouldn’t call one defensive teammate who was prob pissed that Cousins got his money and resulted in Griffin being cut evidence of his teammates hating him

    I agree Jones is a Kirk Cousins type - which is not too shabby. Cousins has had an above average NFL career thus far and has a TD to int ratio most QBs would die for.

    You trashed Mac Jones as well and praised guys like Wilson and Lance. Mac went to the pro bowl and had a much better season than any other rookie in last years class. We all have our own opinions, but in reality none of us have the talent to accurately scout any draft pick.

    Agreed. Analysts fall in love with arm strength and year after year those guys tend not to do as well as the QBs who excel at ball placement, anticipation throws, and the ability to progress through reads. Pickett does all of that well. Combine all that with a line who actually allows him to get through his progressions and he could be deadly.

    Yeah - plus Willis just is not very good. Sure the physical tools are there, and he’s a good guy. But his field vision is bad, and that showed even against bad competition.

    I mean, Watson did lead the Texans to a 4 win season. Wilson had like 5 wins this year with the Hawks. Plenty of examples

    Denver is a QB away from a deep playoff run - that has been known for a while. Heck they almost went this past year with Teddy B. DW and the Falcons is unique - DW wants to go home. bottom line.

    Yeah - we are about to make some big signings the next 24-48 hours. We now know we have the cap space - time to ensure the other 21 starters are as good as they can be while we work to address the QB situation. C, LOG, MLB, RDE, and DT still need to be upgraded.

    I think you start to see us make some big signings today and this weekend now that we are out of the Watson sweepstakes. We have plenty of cap space - and can easily create more if we want to. Time to make a splash and truly improve this team with difference makers.

    With all the uproar over Ridley’s 1 year suspension for gambling…just watch Watson get at least 1 year as well for this. It’s a diff NFL then it was when Ben messed up. Much more pressure
