A great backup where? In one of them indoor leagues?
-
The vast majority repetitively use um as frequently as Bryce does? What neck of woods are you from? Umsville?
-
As low as his stats?
-
Which season are you talking about? Bryce's rookie season?
-
He practically already speaks a different language with all the um, um, ums.
-
So what do you all think, is Bryce among the biggest draft busts of all time? If so, where does he rank? Is he in the Ryan Leaf/JaMarcus territory or not quite?
-
I can only speak for myself. I don't watch it for what he says, I watch it for his body language and his attitude. Is there some fire left? Does he look pissed and determined to do better? I see none today. I think he's ready to accept the inevitable, however reluctantly.

Um, um, um, insert platitude, um, um, um, insert platitude, um, um, um... The look of defeat in his eyes is unmistakable. He knows it's over.

We'll bench/cut him as soon as we are guaranteed to have the worst record in the league to secure that no. 1 pick next year. Buckle up or tune out. There is only one way this is gonna play out.

Bryce Young is not ready to be a starting QB in the NFL
MRenshaw replied to FutureDynasty's topic in Carolina Panthers
Been saying that by mid season his rookie year myself. Anyone with eyes who doesn't have his head up his ass could see he just doesn't have the physical gifts to hang in this league. He's overwhelmed by NFL size and speed. He plays like a scared mouse. -
His mental game isn't there. He poops the bed as soon as the situation gets just a little bit tough. He just doesn't have that dawg in him. Playing scared is his default mode.
-
Don't cut him yet. Let him help us tank for that no.1 pick.
-
We need to keep starting him. He is by far the best tank commander you could ever ask for. Let Bryce help us tank to that no. 1 pick.

We should have and could have drafted Stroud over this noodle arm midget who didn't even throw at the combine. Yeah yeah yeah, I know it's a dead horse, but I'm still not over it. Bryce scored high on that fancy S2 cognition test and knew how to use a salad fork. He apparently charmed the Teppers at some dinner and sealed the deal. All extracurricular nonsense that had jack schitt to do with playing actual football, and now look at what we have. Are you Bryce fanboys happy now? Are you entertained?

Stroud ain't joking when he said he had wanted to be here and was disappointed and hurt that we didn't draft him. -
But but but... He scored really high on the S2 cognition test... He's a football super computer... He excels at off platform throws... He knows how to use a salad fork... He looked really confident at a dinner with the Teppers... Our offensive line sucks... Bryce had no weapons... His footwork is fine... The Green Bay game!

I mean, what other good options did we have in the draft beside Bryce? Who could we have drafted instead of Bryce? -

126 passing yards, redemption from Dollar General.

I didn't say much bigger. Watch the highlights I linked. Bryce doesn't have the arm strength and/or talent to make the vast majority of the throws Mac made in that video.
-
I don't think you realize just how weak Bryce's arm is compared to even Mac Jones'. There is below-average NFL arm, and then there is not-an-NFL-arm-at-all. Bryce might become a 2nd/3rd stringer... in the Arenal Football League.
-
And Tank dell got shot in the leg in the off-season (he was an innocent bystander who was at the wrong place at the wrong time).
-
The jury is still out on who's the bigger bust between Jamarcus and Bryce. Both make a very compelling case.
-
I think you meant Tepper is the Bryce Young of NFL owners, because his heralded intelligence and acumen don't translate in the NFL at all.
