Yeah, I mean if you are trying to sell me.on Mac Jones having a much bigger arm than Bryce, I am just not gonna be the guy that buys that. Nor really would almost anyone.
I didn't say much bigger. Watch the highlights I linked. Bryce doesn't have the arm strength and/or talent to make the vast majority of the throws Mac made in that video.

I mean, Mac Jones has a below average NFL arm too. We are splitting hairs on that account.
I meant looks like a valid 2nd/3rd string NFL QB like Mac Jones.
I don't think you realize just how weak Bryce's arm is compared to even Mac Jones'. There is below-average NFL arm, and then there is not-an-NFL-arm-at-all.
Bryce might become a 2nd/3rd stringer... in the Arenal Football League.

Plus Nico, his top WR, has been out. Diggs is also injured now.
And Tank dell got shot in the leg in the off-season (he was an innocent bystander who was at the wrong place at the wrong time).

And yet, Jamarcus was an even bigger flop. And that's why I chose him over Bryce, after much consideration.
The jury is still out on who's the bigger bust between Jamarcus and Bryce. Both make a very compelling case.

He's proven to be the Jamarcus Russell of NFL owners.
I think you meant Tepper is the Bryce Young of NFL owners, because his heralded intelligence and acumen don't translate in the NFL at all.

You know....I would like to think that is true but we just don't know what this situation would have done to him. Maybe Stroud is struggling and Bryce is looking like early Mac Jones(decent comp, IMO).
No way Bryce could ever look like an early Mac simply because he doesn't have the arm strength for it.

Stroud is not a fragile flower like Bryce. He's made of far tougher stuff because he thrived against plenty of adversity growing up. Stroud would have been fine here. Yes, it would take a bit longer, but he would get there.

Stroud single-handedly keeping that 2023 QB class from being one of the worst in history. Bryce, AR, Levis, just an absolute trash pile of busts.
To think we had a chance to draft Stroud but didn't...

Bryce threw for the most yrds the Broncos have given up this season. You don’t even know what the hell your talking about
Bullshit! That is patently false. If you're gonna lie, make sure the lie is at least plausible or hard to verify. Stop being a grade-A dumbass, it's wearing really thin. Be stupid somewhere else.

I may be in minority but I saw some positive signs from Bryce today
he stood in the pocket a lot more and threw despite the pressure, attempted throws downfield, showed better command and poise
Negatives; inconsistent accuracy, terrible timing of interceptions, needs to be more aggressive downfield.
i expected a worse performance tbh, he looked improved compared to first two weeks but not sure if he deserves more starts.
part of me wants to see if he can build off this, maybe I’m crazy
Seriously, this isn't an insult, but did you watch the game at all, or do you have some kind of disability? Again, not intending this as an insult.

We need to keep Bryce and let him develop. Fug all you haters
Go fug yourself. Follow Bryce to the Arena Football League and leave us alone.

And it had to be against that Broncos D. Damn! This will in all likelihood be over within 5 minutes, probably with a pick six or sack and fumble.

The only reason this team isn't the worst of all time is due to Bryce being benched.

I have a friend who argues till he's blue in the face that Bryce just needs a new shot with a coach that configure an offense around his skillset. I am like "What skillset! He does nothing well!". He's not the biggest, doesn't have the best pocket presence, he isn't the fastest, but he does have a weak arm!
Maybe your friend meant a new shot with a team in the Arena Football League. The field is much smaller, as are the players, so Bryce's height and his noodle arm won't be much of a drawback. He's certainly good enough to be a 3rd stringer immediately.

Dalton is balling out. This is a winnable game if our defense could step up and make some stops.

Prob will get poo’d for this but trying to think outside the box and what type of QB works this offense.
Canales has done really well with highly drafted QBs that had all the physical tools but didn’t pan out at their first stop. The Giants are done with Jones after this year, think they can get out of his 4 year contract and save $20M by cutting him. Our offensive line and weapons are better than the Giants and he hasn’t looked awful this year in that environment. Giants have the worst OL in the league. Outside of the Vikings game (who I think is the best D in the league this year) he has looked pretty decent with the awful OL and lack of weapons.
He can make every throw look easy, runs like a deer if he gets a lane, and has shown some crazy flashes, just hasn’t been consistent and can lack accuracy which I feel is augmented by the awful line. Wonder if that’s the kind of guy Canales would go for and want. Could also be a nice stop gap for 2 years if we draft a project QB this year. He got his one big payday, gotta imagine we could get him on a similar to what Vikings did with Darnold at $10M per. Something like 2 years $25M.
I see where you're coming from, but Jones isn't the answer. We're much better off keeping Dalton as our starter.

Bryce is the reason we decimated our defense in order to spend money to upgrade the offensive line to give him more protection, only to have him play so poorly that he was benched two games into the season. Gosh, I can't stand that unmotivated midget who spent the first four months of the off-season watching Netflix and Youtube instead of fixing his footwork and improving his game. It's one thing to be physically extremely limited, but it's another to be such a lazy bum who couldn't even bother to put in the work after having an all-time stinker of a rookie season. Not to mention, he refused to throw at the combine and put on a bunch of fake water weight to tip the scales at over 200 lbs in order to maintain his draft position. Where the fug is his competitive fire? Where is his pride and his sense of responsibility not only for himself but also for his teammates and the Panthers organization that's paying him millions? What did we do to deserve this disgraceful, soft, apathetic disaster of a quarterback?

Bryce deserves 0 blame for this team being 1-3 in games he doesn’t play in.
Bryce deserves all the blame for the sorry state of our defense, because we deliberately dismantled it in order to shore up the O line and give him more weapons, only to have his sorry ass waste this precious second opportunity because he was too lazy to skip Netflix for actually working on his craft.
-
Yeah, I remember. It's nauseating to watch him glaze that useless midget.

P.S. I blame Tepper for his incompetence too. He sure can pick them losers.

Dolphins will reach a breaking point soon. Let's hope.
They aren't that desperate. With that roster, the Dolphins can score more running the wildcat formation than they can with Bryce at QB.
