  1. If we pick a DT in the first round, I know exactly what they're doing next offseason, and that's not signing Star to a long term contract.
  2. Shepard would be a Hell of a pick. Great work ethic, never dropped a ball it felt like at OU. And is a Hell of a locker room guy. Perfect fit for the Panthers.
  3. No, it's not the same thing at all. It's like when the Browns picked Tim Couch, or Johnny Manziel. It's a position of need over other players being better that they could've picked. Shaq was a luxury pick.
  4. I think you're missing the point. Drafting him was not a position of need which Igo stated he was. It was a future pick. In essence, Thomas Davis announced his eventual replacement in the draft. Not a "position of need" pick by any means.
  5. So, we drafted a guy at a "position of need" and he barley played? That is the opposite of position of need.
  6. If he did, it wasn't often. Hell, they had Roman Harper on TE's this year sometimes, and they started Colin Jones over him after Bene went out for a bit. So, since you asked the question, how about you tell me................
  7. I'm pretty sure I am. You said a position of need, and he didn't play at that "position of need" many minutes at all last year. If it's a position of need, don't you think he would've played there a lot?
  8. I've always thought he would go DE, unless they all are taken by then. I'm not changing my stance. You're reaching with this one. But, it's the off season. So, need something to talk about. I understand.
  9. Yeah, because he played so many minutes at that position last year..................
  10. This dude is just enjoying the offseason right now, and I don't blame him. He's been all over the BR Team Stream app vacationing, at the Batman vs Superman premiere in New York, etc. He won't hold out and he's stated he won't. I think he'll sign the tender and worry about the future eventually. Josh is enjoying the offseason as any of us would.
  11. If they move the thread dude, you should complain.  They did this last year too.  And no one comments on it during the game when it gets moved.

  12. Is it cool if I make the Duke vs UNC thread in the main forum, since nobody visit's the College Basketball forum?

  13. Hence the reason it's not both states. The Citadel understands, Coastal Carolina and South Carolina does. The rest of that state didn't have my respect to begin with. So I can't say they lost it. It's nothing but bandwagoners and morons down there anyway.
  14. We played our first two seasons at their stadium. Stop making excuses for them.
  15. Glad Campbell did it. UNCW hasn't done it yet, which is sad.
  16. https://mobile.twitter.com/SchoonerOrL8er/status/691062438519701504/photo/1 fan made Clemson one. Sad Clemson isn't doing it. Real pathetic. Not shocked though.
  17. Been through it all as a Panther fan. Was not able to enjoy the Super Bowl run because I was in Basic Training during that time frame in 2003-2004 season to my chagrin, so I wasn't able to enjoy that one. But I was able to see highlights of the Super Bowl when I got out of Basic and into my training. Besides that, been a fan since the 1995 season when they first were on TV in the Carolinas. Been through Weinke, Peete, Collins, Beuerlein, Clausen, Moore, Delhomme and his awful playoff game against Zona. I even wore a Jimmy Clausen jersey during the 2 win season. That's how much love I have for the Panthers.
  18. Good, because it's Friday and arguing on a Friday is taxing and fuging stupid. Therefore, we cool.
  19. I meant recently. As long as I've been a fan? Coming from a guy that pulls for the Miami Hurricanes, Carolina Panthers, and I don't even want to know the other teams, but is born and raised in Cali? That's really rich, extremely rich.
  20. Unless CJ goes absolutely nuts the next 4 games + Playoffs, there is no doubt he is gone after this year.
  21. Don't care, I compared him because J-No is the best corner in the NFC. While Short is not the best DT in the NFC. That should show who the MVP is, sir. Thank you though.
  22. It's Norman or Luke. I love KK, but we've always had a dominant pass rush, but never have we had a shut down corner to go along with that. Norman has been that and much more, Defensive MVP is his for sure. KK's not even the best DT in the conference. Hello Aaron Donald. While there is no competition for J-No right now in the NFC.
