I don't know how many times I called Ginn beating Rogers, but here it goes. I FUGGING TOLD YOU!!
-
Was a bad call man. He had his jersey and never even slapped the face mask.
-
After seeing the replay, how the hell do you make that play and twist that much in the air. Great play!!
-
Josh "the cushion" Norman.
-
Because the Bills didn't have time to sub and was running the same formation. The receivers were also getting separation on that drive, making decisions easier.
-
After the way we got beat by them last season, I really am. That was the best two minute drive we have had under Rivera ever.
-
Would seem it's a battle of bad teams. I think the Bills defense is getting predictable, even to me. It's just a matter of knowing what blitzer your picking up. However, if Mario were to go to The left side we may be in trouble because Bell is just not athletic enough to keep up with him. If we run every drive like that perfect two minute drill I think we will be successful. I also think Ginn will get a catch over top eventually. He had a hard time locating that ball and alligator armed it. Rogers is decent in zone coverage but he's just not physical enough to run man to man.
-
His footwork has never been great and if he were to finally get his degree he could spend time with Weinke like he did his rookie year fixing these things. However, that throw was perfect. Was where only Ginn could get it, and if he doesn't alligator arm it that's a TD.
-
If you are serious then you have problems. Exactly how precise can a 60 yard pass be? Ginn just didn't locate the ball and wasn't able to adjust to a PERFECTLY thrown deep ball.
-
So was that Cams fault? Rogers was used and abused by Brian Quick at App and is getting beat by Ginn religiously yet Ginn can't locate the ball.
-
I am glad everyone got their wish for Mikell. Mikell and Ginn gave us the best FA class in years.
-
If the receivers would sit in a zone we would be fine.
-
I watched Justin Rogers get dominated by Brian Quick at an App game against Richmond, we have got to attack that match up and try to get Steve lined up against him.
-
I love Captain, I don't care how everyone else feels about him. If we had legit 1-2 corners he would be a dominant nickelback.
-
There's a concussion.
-
He actually is setting up the run by passing. Too bad our receivers can't get open and Ginn is never the primary yet he can get separation.
-
So was Ginn open or was that just me?
-
Remind me what our record is when Cam throws a pick again?

Two guys in red shirts discuss the Panthers - Bills matchup
CPcavedweller replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
While I agree with you about Olsen and Smith, does anyone really think that is the best course of action anymore? While its good for fantasy it's not good for us. We need to have plays with Ginn and Lafell as the number one option and finally use Steve as a decoy. He's been our number one target forever and I have never seen a game where we followed a gameplan using Smith in other ways. The defense keys on Smith, design plays to use Smith to get Ginn open over the top and Olsen over the middle. Just my idea, not from Madden although it does work. Cam has to stop staring down Smith. Against the Seahawks Lafell was targeted twice, and Ginn once and the Seahawks played it stopping our big plays and baiting Cam into contained underneath throws. -

I watched this earlier. Small time coverage for a region full of Cowboys and Giants fans. Is it hockey season yet? -
Fixing the Panthers Offense in 4 Easy Steps
CPcavedweller replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
It almost seems to me that both staffs kept plays close to the vest. Reminded me of what a 5th preseason game may look like. We were effective and efficient. Just didn't run enough plays. -
I saw kinks yesterday watching a college football game I will not name. There will be no kinks on my football teams after that. Cams going to iron these out himself.

Well 85 obviously crosses 485 but going 85 southbound is pretty black and yellow. Steelers fans are everywhere, as annoying as that is they are one of the few franchises whose fans I respect. 49ers fans who are my age I consider fair weather because they were cellar dwellers forever. No one is a falcons fan. Giants fans are expected in the Raleigh/durham area and cheese heads are attractive to new fans because of their history. Anyone else I see in NC, I call BS.

If all you took from the original post was overreacting to a loss your wrong. Our ones were smoked, passed around and smoked again. The shotgun formation gave us the best advantage because Cam is not great at timing routes.(plus the oline just take a step or two out of the way as soon as the ball is snapped) Dwill looked good when he was given the slightest cut back. We know Gettis can catch in the open, can he catch in traffic? Sione Fua may give someone a stroke. Zone defense doesn't work against quick strike teams( chalk it up to vanilla D) Anderson looks like he always has, so so accuracy but a good back up to have. Star is still getting double teams like he was at Utah. DE's got sucked into the middle way too fast which enabled runs around the ends. Not a problem because its preseason with no film. Cam made some bad throws and seemed flustered to me. The fade to Smitty was not the best choice but you go back to the bench and tell smith you didn't see him 1 on 1 in the endzone. My views of the game from one of Zods rules. My take, we looked flat minus the crossing routes Cam hit. The offense moved down the field well but stalled. This game reminded me of several games from last year which is scary. Bottom line, lets wait till next week when both teams have a little bit of mock game planning going on to pass judgement. I don't see running that ball that much as an issue against anyone not in Philadelphia. If we beat Seattle, I think everyone will be relieved.

Have you ever been to a preseason game when we play the Steelers? You would know 2/3s of them drive straight back down 85 and 77 to South Carolina . Okay this may be a fallacy considering there is no empirical data to say either way. Just my observation when trying to get to 321 to head up the mountain though.
