  1. These are all things I saw in watching Bryce and I watch a ton of College Football. App State's QB Joey Aguilar makes faster decisions than Bryce does and he's in his first year out of JuCo. I'll say it once, I'll say it ten times more, if Bryce Young went to Kentucky and Levis was at Alabama, Young would've been a 4th round pick and Levis would've gone number one or two.
  2. Which is why it's better to EARN the 1st or 2nd pick and not trade for it.
  3. And the Vikings just keep winning which says a helluva lot about their organization. No Jefferson, no Cousins, no problem? How many teams could lose a Top 3 receiver and probably a Top 13 QB and continue to win? O'Connell will get his respect this year.
  4. Yeah. I guess so, right? He's literally been one of the lone bright spots on the team when he does get a chance to return.
  5. If we had traded Burns to the Rams we'd have a Top 10 pick this year. Had we done that trade and not traded up for Bryce, we may have been in a position to have two Top 10 picks in one of the deeper QB classes in years. Tepper is a moron who went QB fishing and has been QB fishing since 2019. It's killed the program.
  6. Compared to what? At this point, I don't know what purpose winning serves. I also don't see how there can be any mid-season philosophical change short of going to an offensive style similar to what the Lions run, which is what we did last year. As I've said many times. We need to be under center, we need to go play action heavy under center, and we need to throw from under center. The entire offense is run out of the shotgun right now and it's literally terrible. What is the purpose of running from a single back formation on 1st down, only to go shotgun on 2nd and 3rd down? It's so predictable it's hard to watch.
  7. Second HC he's fired in two seasons with the team. He's now fired four total coaches in 4 years of ownership. Dude is a clown show.
  8. Other guy. Don't need "Puff" Daddy as the owner of the team I root for. Give me public ownership like the Packers or something.
  9. If I owned the team, we would've drafted Levis or Stroud. And it wouldn't have been even a consideration for Bryce other than to maybe obtain draft picks. Stupid is as stupid does.
  10. They made a three hour movie about two people. Let's extrapolate that out to around 1,600. Who is going to watch that? Glorious movie with graphics and visual effects that wouldn't be matched to this day. Told the story without being overly talkative, per say. The lives and existence of the many people, from 1st class to steerage, based upon interviews of survivors that can be found on YouTube were documented in the film. One pertinent part is where a conversation is overheard discussing where some young woman was pregnant by a rich man. This is documented in an interview from the 1950's I believe where someone actually overheard this conversation, or claims to have. There is a lot of nuance to the movie that you wouldn't know without reading about it. James Cameron has literally visited the Titanic more times than any other human being other than those who built the damn thing.
  11. If you listened to pundits, they said that Bryce was the most Pro Ready QB in the draft, and it wasn't close. Only issue is that Levis literally played for an NFL OC in 2021 and had 33 touchdowns or something to 8 interceptions, at the University of Kentucky, in the SEC. Then Cohen left after one year, a lot of talent graduated from the offensive line and receiver room and Levis fell off a bit, and he dropped in the draft. Levis and Stroud will probably be seen as two of the best pure QB's in the 2023 NFL Draft when it's all said and done. You can't coach a lot of what we have seen from Stoud and Levis thus far. You either have it, or you don't. They will only get better as well because they have all of the physical metrics you want and have had success. Jealous of both the Titans and Texans for not having meddling owners.
  12. Correct. Clausen was a good teammate and knew he was in for it. John Fox in a lame duck season seemingly trying to make a point about how few fugs he gave. 2010 was historically bad, seemingly one that could be unmatched. Then 2023 happened.
  13. His and Bryce's stat's are eerily similar. Both were the most "Pro Ready" QB's in their draft. As I said this past Winter and Spring, my list is: 1. Levis 2. Stroud 3. Richardson 4. DTR 5. Maybe Young? I don't remember Regardless, my picks are looking pretty good right now.
  14. You clearly weren't around for the "Sir Cameron Newton: Leader of Men, Lover of Puppies...Esquire" chants if you think Bryce enduring booing is bad. EDIT: S C@M NeWTON
  15. You don't win with Free Agency. You win in the draft.
  16. The YPA is my biggest issue. Go 55% completion as a rookie, I don't care. But have a 5 YPA and there is clearly an issue.
  17. Tepper doesn't have a plan. Otherwise we never would've traded up for Bryce nor would we have hired Reich. Wilks could've just as easily brought in Thomas Brown and Josh McCown to coach on this staff.
  18. Wilks is fools gold? Based on what? Tell me you don't know what you're talking about without telling me.
  19. THings at Michigan aren't that bad. The NCAA with selective enforcement of rules that whomever is paying them wants enforced. They ignore tampering with student-athletes but investigate this? Michigan could railroad their current schedule with or without seeing opposing teams in person.
  20. When the organization is putting out media about how we are a potential playoff team right away, people tend to get disappointed. This is the worst start for this team, ever. Literally going back to 1995.
  21. Just let Fitterer do his job? It was obvious that the Panthers were zeroed in on Wilks and likely never would've traded up in this draft if they had re-signed Wilks. Tepper wanted an offensive guy and he wanted "his" QB. Josh wanted CJ Stroud. His draft preview and his comments at the Ohio State Pro Day said as much. I can't help but think that the rest of the staff felt the same way until Tepper came in dodging, ducking, dipping diving, and, yes, dodging his way into the picture.
  22. Say it with me: Tepper, is the problem. He wants to be Jerry Jones without the potential backlash so he doesn't give himself the GM title. He never should've been at Pro Days. He never should've been meeting with players at the Pro Days. He should've stayed home and let Fitterer and Co. do their job. If I was a better GM than Fitterer, I'd quit and go back to Seattle before Tepper completely ruined my career.
  23. You can't drop back 50 times a game and win. You can't throw the ball between the LOS and 20 yards out exclusively or the box will stay stacked. You can't expect a rookie QB to go out and win the game for you. Go back to what made this line look deadly and run under center.
