I agree but having a preference is not an unusual level of involvement for an owner with the #1 pick to me, let alone one whose team had gave up their biggest star to get there. It's certainly not the gun to Frank's head being depicted around here. If he went against own judgement to kiss the boss's ass that's his own damn fault. You guys are very kind to Reich acting like he's betting his career on Bryce against his will. I think it's more likely that he just sucks as a head coach. Also don't understand why you would treat a few comments he's made on big QBs as gospel but discount the numerous imes he's publically praised Young and dismissed his size.

Reich needs to give up playcalling before anything. Unless he's literally refusing to I think firing anyone before that move is a little ridiculous.

I'd believe arm strength is the problem if he was underthrowing it frequently but it looks like he just doesn't have his the timing down with the recievers to me. There's been more overthrows and route miscommunication than anything.

There's a big difference between that and criticizing decisions Tepper was directly involved in is my point.

I don't think he's incapable of criticitizing the team but that's a far cry from bashing Tepper. He starts the video off mocking fans for blaming Tepper. The staff and Bryce are a direct reflection of Tepper. I'm just saying he's biased. You're not going to get an honest opinion when Tepper's a big donor to Steve's orgs and they have a personal relationship.

Look I love him but he's on the payroll now. One the best things Tepper's done here was making a pointed effort to rebuild that bridge. Smith's not going to throw his guy under the bus. He's also not the hothead he was. The folks who can't see past the man he was twenty years ago are telling on themselves.

Pull the plug on Reich early and no one worth a damn is going to want that job. Tepper already has this issue with the soccer club.

The only thing Reich has done well so far is assemble a bright, young staff and he's cockblocking them by calling the plays.

Cam would be our leading rusher now so he might have found a way but it wouldn't have been easy. Hell I think AR could have pulled some of these out but that doesn't mean he's better than Bryce, he's just a threat on the ground when all else fails.
