Yep I'd say it was both. Cam's role in Carolina from day one was to run for his life as our primary rusher and people act shocked that he didn't simultaneously develop into a precision passer. You need 8 years on the original team and certain accolades to be eligible. The supermax has only been around for five, so it's kind of hard to speculate what if.
