Complications with my daughter's birth in 2020 led to her having a stroke only a few weeks old and almost losing her. I learned to take nothing in life for granted. Cherish all the joys life brings because they aren't guaranteed and they can be taken away from you at anytime. The Panthers are a trivial one in the grand scheme of it all. If watching football and following this team through thick and thin doesn't entertain you there's better uses of your time.

Christian just wants the ball as much as possible and Rhule's the best man for that job. From Shaq's comments I take it Rhule pushed the old guard aside to assert his authority while giving his favorites free reign to do whatever. Robby was allowed to act out unchecked and Christian got the ball every snap whether it was working or not.

We're going to have to bite the bullet on a short term deal with Sam. Even with a draft pick and Corral there's too much uncertainty at the position to just let him walk, we'd likely replace him with another vet anyway.

Only thing that's changed with Sam is he trusts his pass protection for the first time in his career. He may get better naturally as his confidence grows but McAdoo is doing the same sort of system we've been trying to implement since Cam's exit, it's just working now because we have an offensive line worth a damn.

The head start is a huge advantage for him. Hire an outside coach and at least one year is going to be spent getting acclimated and rebuilding if not two.
