I wish this could be a subforum and the 2023 NFL Draft one could get Old Yeller'd.

There is value in having another team eat his contract
I don't see that happening. Two organizations are getting the most value anyone is getting for a Panthers contract: the Chicago Bears and the San Francisco 49ers.

I do see he has 60 snaps, maybe he is a starter. Honestly dont much care about the label of starting, but I didnt know he had that many snaps. I may need to adjust my statement, hmm.
I don't recall if it was Week 1 or 2, but they showed the starting lineup on screen and Legette was listed.

Well damn
Throwing in things are part of what got this dumpster fire to be a dumpster fire. Adding in value and accepting less value.

They might. I expect a couple of them to refuse, but not all. Somebody's going to want to be the No. 1 pick.

My biggest complaint against Morgan is this.
Ok, this is clearly the worst roster in the NFL. Some say its the worst in 10 years since hue jackass and the 1-31 bungals run.
You had 7 draft picks, one in rounds, most at the start said round.......... NOT one of them can even start on this pathetic roster??
You drafted TWO LBs after giving a 30 millionish deal to LB.......then you trade one of them since its looking like hes not a LB.
just wasted the biggest resource to improve this team, the best hope is 2025 for that group.....
Legette is a starter.

Didn't help Young? I think they helped him a lot. He didn't help himself.

The upcoming schedule is a joke. Panthers will have legitimate shot at winning the next 6 games if Dalton comes in and plays like he's capable of.
Until you look at the other teams' rosters, and then there might be one close loss amid five more blowouts.

Yeah, I hope to never see that sidebar photo ever again.
Make it of Tepper and Diddy.

It's going to be awkward having him around because he hasn't exactly been someone that is trying to uplift the offensive players around him on the sideline. I get the vibe there has been a major sigh of relief from the roster as a whole.
If you can get something for him at this point you take it and move on.
Not with that cap figure you don't. And he has absolutely been trying to uplift guys on the sideline, it was reported multiple times on Sunday. The problem was he was spending too much time apologizing and not enough actually trying.

the curse of the right-side picture needs to end. Just don't put one there.

So Dalton's on IR in a week.

Coaching is a results oriented job. Houston's results at ECU over the last six years show that he's not good.
Turning three smaller schools into title contenders says otherwise. Your mind is made up, that's fine, and I said that his results haven't been good enough at ECU. But if they pull out 8 wins, he's likely still there despite your feelings.

Houston just isn't a good coach and firing Ruffin was a mistake. They weren't great under him, but played better than they have since he was let go.
Houston's resume speaks to his ability as a coach, and "not good" isn't what it says.
However, the lack of results at ECU over the last couple years are fair game for criticism and unless they can pull together 7-8 wins, it's probably curtains for their pairing. I'm glad he didn't go to UNCC, though.

Hubbard, yeah. A throw to Legette is a pick.

I saw the 26-3 final and thought, "Not bad."

At what point do you just let go?
Why would you hang in there?
I don't have any investment. 0-17 reflects on Tepper, not me. Besides, they're going 0-17 next year, too.

worth noting Reich only won once last year. Chris Tabor was the head coach in the other win.
