I haven't seen a lot of rooting against people. A lot of being pessimistic about players or coaches, which is completely fair given their performances at various points.

Rooting against players on your team is pretty inexcusable unless they're a murderer or something. You can like them, dislike them, whatever, but rooting for the QB to implode is dogshit behavior and there's no way to backtrack that. But hey, maybe you get your wish and bitch about it for months.

Saints have such a weak schedule. They literally play college teams from here. Falcons will somehow BS their way to 8 wins and that leaves us P4 as usual in the standings.

Wild how you can be leading the NFC South on Dec. 13, and end up finishing last. The Saints are gonna win out and finish with 7 wins and beat us on the tiebreaker, Falcons will win 3 more and our guaranteed 3 losses bag another last-place finish. This season was better than I expected for sure, win-wise, and there were some awesome upset wins — but finishing last while the Saints are on the rise and go from 2-10 to passing us in the standings removes a hell of a lot of goodwill I had for this franchise.

Nah I've been to both many times. I'm a big Canes fan as well. Nothing topped the Panthers in the 2015 playoffs. I mean, 2006 for the Hurricanes probably was right there with it, but I was in school. Canes games are fun as hell (and stressful).

Canales likes taking risks (on and off the field). A lot of times this year (LAR for instance) they pay dividends. Tonight's another example of when they don't. 7-10 has earned him another year at least. Still got: - 1 heartbreaking, NFL-made-every-call-to-screw-us-and-someone-choked loss - 1 comfortable ass-kicked loss - 1 somewhat close loss to end the season.

It wasn't electric from 2010-18. Good teams create electric atmospheres.

Offense is not good and often easy to shut down, but there's been more days where it was functional than the defense, which REALLY needs to get called out more here as well. This is a historically bad pass rush. Say all you want about spending on OL (good teams do this), but Christ, there's just nothing there in terms of pass rush. Other teams' backups just flatten our guys on both sides of the ball too often.
