  1. Yeah, I'd probably bet on it. My point was if you're moving the ball on the ground, it's retarded to whine about there not being a ton of passing yardage. It's bitching just to bitch. Young will give people plenty of fodder for that on merit; making it up because he didn't throw for 20 yards (when Hubbard ran for 20) is stupid.
  2. Save the insults for someone else. At the very least, get better at them. Young's best-case scenario is a middling game manager (game managers, if you didn't know, don't put up Mahomes numbers) and when the run game is working well, Young doesn't need to do much to win. I prefer winning to sexy passing numbers in losses, but maybe you feel differently.
  3. Don't need 300 yards passing if you can run for 200.
  4. No sense in dancing around the issue with your top-2 pick. Young can be the backup if he has more good than bad the rest of the year, with a veteran under 35 also in the mix.
  5. It's not even the least-inspiring win in the last two years.
  6. I believe he's referencing an actual statistic (fourth-quarter comeback wins on PFR). That's not an opinion and while I know you're going to call me a homer or bring up passing yards per attempt, no one's editorializing anything here. It's literally a real stat (but he's off by one because Young has 2, not 3).
  7. Nah. 99% chance the No. 1 pick goes to a three- or four-win team. Still very much in the hunt there and we still got to enjoy back-to-back wins.
  8. Yeah. Hell I’m always happy for a win and while Young is a mid- to upper-tier backup caliber player, he made some nice plays today, avoided the big mistake and deservingly won. The better team on the day got the win (unlike last night in MLS’ highway robbery)
  9. Saints and Patriots also won, so it’s not a huge hit.
  10. He will. That’s what PFR considers a GWD. I mean technically it is one.
  11. Yeah I’ll give Bryce some credit. He made some nice throws and had a long run as well.
  12. Josey Jewell, Chuba Hubbard, Jalen Coker, Xavier Woods, Jedeveon Clowney, Eddy Pineiro.
  13. I'm not so sure. He was so bad the last couple that it's hard to tell.
  14. I mean, the Raiders didn't fire Pierce. So there's that.
  15. Give Frank Reich this OL and you're 1-9. I like Frank but he's cooked.
  16. Matt Rhule had Christian McCaffrey, Brian Burns and DJ Moore and couldn't win 6 games if they played 20 every year.
  17. I'm just happy he's got consecutive wins, because it means the Panthers have consecutive wins.
  18. Uhh buddy, we're 3-7. Not 3-9.
  19. I thought you could only win one NFL game every 10 or so tries.
  20. We got absolutely screwed on several no-calls in the first half. Should've been a free kick inside the 20 at one point and instead it was nothing, then on the other end we get called for a foul for breathing on an Orlando player. It kind of evened itself out in that that 95th-minute Orlando goal was called offside. Was it offside? Yes, but by a slim-enough margin that most any Charlotte sports team would never get it called.
