He'll be on the waiver wire in two years and taking up a practice squad spot elsewhere.

The future is as bright as a black hole, because there's always going to be a goat every week. Someone's going to blow it because the clutch gene doesn't exist with this franchise. QB, RB, WR, LB, DB, K, doesn't matter. It'll always be someone. Oh, and the GM sucks ass and couldn't pick a good player if he had the first three rounds to himself.

I was really rooting for Legette to pan out and he showed flashes early, but he’s dogshit like every Morgan pick. 8-9 more bags of dogshit incoming next April!
-
You knew it’d happen. We’re still in need of a QB comparison thread as well.
-
Unfortunately for you, not any hard drugs.

Xavier Legette.

Game-winning touchdown being dropped is the WR’s fault. Next.

Damn what a kick! I hate Clemson, but fug SMU too. You know they're getting dumped for Alabama.
-
That 43-40 Alabama win over Notre Dame and ensuing run to the national title game is gonna be really, really nauseating as hell. Thanks for choking, Clemson.

Who you releasing / restructuring / not resigning
Joe Bear replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I've noticed most people on here want to get rid of people when they play well. But when they suck, they also want to get rid of them. It's probably an obsession with draft picks and the unknown. -
I don't think ND can get a bye. They're locked into No. 6.

SEC West champion: Auburn SEC champion: Georgia National champion: Alabama 2017 was the year I stopped believing the CFP/college football as a whole had any legitimacy. It proved that no matter what Alabama does, they will get to play for a national title.

Sideshow Rob.

A tale as old as time. - beat Notre Dame in back-and-forth thriller - steamroll SMU - Oregon gets upset - another undeserved National Title

They gifted Alabama another championship last night. No need to even play the games.

Serious question: Jameis Winston or Bryce Young straight-up?
Joe Bear replied to HardcoreHokie's topic in Carolina Panthers
But what about when Winston returns to the same ol Winston? -
This. It doesn't matter at the end of the day because they're never going to have another winning season. Something will always come up.

A good kicker makes short kicks. If the QB and other skill position players get no leeway, the kicker who overvalues himself should at least do his only job.- 2,035 replies

Joe Bear replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers

Duke finds a way to win again! State champions!

I like Bryce and I'm glad he's shown some good strides the last few games, but I'm all in on going QB in the first round. The Clausen comparison, which I've seen here many times, is hyperbolic to put it nicely. As bad as Young was last year, Clausen only eclipsed Young's overall QB rating for the season twice. His best QB ratings were 110, 90, and 76. Everything else was below 70 and most were below 50.

I think the tailgating areas, as far as being kid-friendly, are probably pretty subjective. I take Exit 4 off 485 toward Graham St., make a left at the light and just look for the best lots close to the stadium. Sometimes there are tailgaters there but who knows as far as kid-friendliness.
