He's regressed to the point I don't want him on the field outside of special teams.
-
That's a fair point. What I don't like is he really performs worse the more he's out there, and he's as unreliable with the ball approaching him as Olindo Mare was on a field goal. Dan Morgan really batted .000 in his first draft.
-
Legette gets worse every game he plays. If he's out there Week 18, maybe he can set a franchise record for drops in a game.
-
Don't disrespect bricks like that.
-
UNC's likely getting scammed on this deal. Belichick's brand will help with recruiting but if I rooted for UNC, I wouldn't be rooting for this move.
-
If Jalen Coker is out for the rest of the season then I don't care.
-
I don't discredit his ability to get open. He's deceptively fast for his size. But he has to bring in more of these passes and finish the catch.
-
I look for IR to come today or tomorrow.

Also fumbled away a win against TB.

Cam Newton had his record used against him when he was in the middle of the best two-year stretch by any QB in this franchise's past, present or future. Record is the most important stat, but it's not the whole story. Young deserves some of that blame but the last couple months are on his teammates more than him. That said, we're all sitting here propping him up before a 4-turnover fiasco against Dallas. Every offensive skill position has cost them a game lately. He's probably due. *prepares for eight weirdos to poo this post because they took it personally*

Seven people took me saying "Bryce Young's doing a good job, but he needs to be challenged next year" as a personal affront, because it wasn't anointing him as the presumptive league MVP like they demand. Weird people.
-
3 YPC is not great. You spent months touting Young's low YPA. Take your medicine on Hubbard's low YPC.
-
Legette is a better athlete than those busts and he's also explosive in the open field, but he's in the same tier because on his best day, he has worse hands than TMJ, Mingo and Dwayne Jarrett.
-
I love how saying I like how Young has been playing but he should have someone challenge him for the job next year gets pooed by a bunch of weirdos, but those same weirdos are good with posts saying Young is barely serviceable. It’s looking like people scroll, see a username and react without reading.

He was tied for seventh in the league in drops before today (on the second-fewest targets). He's better suited for being a kick returner and the fact that whenever he drops the kickoff it'll likely just be a touchback. That said, yeah, there's some hyperbole in there.
-
Careful, the Soyboy Squad might get mad.
-
Yes. Mark it down, sharpie. Xavier Legette will go down as another failed first-round pick. Dude cannot catch, he has historically bad hands, and the only reason he gets a pass is his accent.
-
Legette gets worse every week. Can't wait for his five drops in six targets against Dallas. Maybe he'll play his way out of the league sooner this way at least.
-
Nah man. You know better. Hang with the great teams but find a way to lose, then get blasted 44-3 by a bad team.
-
I appreciate the optimism but Legette is garbage. He can't play.
-
Doesn't mean anything when you lose heartbreakers only to be rewarded with shitty rookies.
-
I mean, yeah. Legette is hot garbage and Brooks is going back on IR. There's two of your top picks, one making only negative contributions and the other injured and making no contributions. If Legette plays the whole season he's gonna lead the league in drops every year. I don't know that I've seen a WR get this many snaps and suck this bad, it's like when Tim Biakabutuka could get five touches and fumble three times. Legette is a stone-cold bust.
-
Hammer Dallas moneyline.

Has your return to playoffs timeline been adjusted?

Young against the Giants was serviceable. He's been above serviceable for the last four games aside from that. Hubbard, today, was serviceable. He sucked last week. Legette hasn't been serviceable for weeks.
