Either way, a mixture of misfortune and poor decision-making could well leave the Panthers' worst four drafts in franchise history as 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. This team has holes nearly everywhere, so patching them up piecemeal is the only way to go. I agree that a RB was a luxury choice (and not one I'd trade up for) but let's give the guy a chance first.

I like Bryce Young. I think he's a good guy, he was great at Alabama and not all the problems last year were his fault by far. The predictable routes and poor pass protection made him look worse than he should've. But I very much doubt he's physically equipped to be a franchise QB, and we're probably about to get a heavy dose of reality in the next few weeks.
