Yes, it is, but the question at hand is what is more underrated. I contend that Sirloin's level of appreciation is pretty even with its level of tastiness. NY Strip when cooked correctly is delicious, yet it gets no love, as exemplified in your response. Therefore, NY Strip is more underrated.
