  1. Past hour
  2. Ok I remember that now Also He Hate Me was a member for a long time
  3. He might not be able to tie his shoes standing up like a freak NBA player, but he looks long on the field.
  4. Ugh, I didn't even realize until today that they only versions they have for T-Mac right now are the ones where everything is heat pressed on, not the "fake stitched" versions you guys are talking about here. I've always hated those fully screen pressed ones, they just seem cheat and crappy to me, and even though that next step up is still not the best, they at least feel like more of a real jersey to me and is worth the extra 35 bucks to get them. But of course they don't sell them in that one yet, which is weird, if they're all still "pre-orders" anyways, why aren't they offering the more expensive version to steal even more money from the rubes out there like myself who just can't help themselves?!?!?
  5. If you think Smith's hating on McMillian or tall recievers you didn't watch the video. He may have been guilty of that in the past but he says outright that his problem is people see a tall reciever and tend to overlook everything else about him. He was complimentary and believes the guy will pan out. His only real criticism was comparing Tetairoa to himself actually, saying like he felt like he took plays off when he wasn't the primary target. EDIT: The AJ Green comp they made is way better than Evans. Small finesse reciever in a tall frame.
  6. I loved this draft. I think we have 3 starters out our first three picks. Maybe they take a year to develop but I don’t see them taking long. I think Etiene is going to be a good back up. He’s only 20 so he has a lot to improve on. I think we will see him be used on special teams this year. He won’t get many reps unless an injury happens because we got two 1,000 yard rb in front of him. I could see Ransom starting but I think he will probably be a back up, maybe playing special teams? I think hes probably got the lowest ceiling of all our drafted players. Cam Jackson will be a back up, probably not a lot of snaps this year. Could end up being a solid player for us. I love the Mitchell Evans pick. He’s got potential to be our top TE. He had two different injuries that set him back in college but I think if he was healthy he would have been one of the top TE in the draft. I have even more faith in him because ND makes great tight ends. I don’t know if he will play much this year unless an injury happens though. Probably just a blocking TE this year.
  7. That's right, I don't remember Hardy but remember the Nails dude
  8. Tet isn't Evens. He isn't as quick or uses his body as well, something Evans was known for in school. Tet catches well but he won't be the threat Evans is unfortunately IMO. It was like drafting Bryce and thinking your getting Wilson. Evans ran a 4.53 40, 7.08 3 cone, 4.26 shuttle and at the combine and not his proday. He was also 12 lbs heavier. If your expecting Evans your going to be disapointed unless you give Tet a bit of a discount on expectations IMO. Lol now it's saying they had Tet as a 4.48 at his proday when people were reporting 4.6+ at that time. It's going to be interesting to see what is real and what is BS. Proday numbers are so rounded in positive directions.
  9. He’s only 20 so we have plenty of time to develop him. I don’t believe he cost a roster spot either. Give him some preseason reps and see what he does. It’s a no risk/high reward player.
  10. Why not just get rid of the 30 visit limit? Seems dumb and arbitrary and it seems like you'd want to give prospects the opportunity for as much exposure as possible. Borderline draftable guys probably aren't getting much attention at all on top 30 visits but that would likely change if you get rid of it.
  11. No, Greg really posted here for a like a week or 2, back when he was popular and well before the DV charges and everything else. There was some fan boy named Nails that spent another 8 years clamoring for him to be resigned
  12. I just remembered that they said Mike Evans problem was he took plays off in the NFL. I remember the season that Jameis Winston threw 30 INTs that the announcer was talking a lot of crap about Evans taking plays off. Evans still put up over 1,000 yards that season and had 8 TDs. I say that because Evans is the guy who Tet is always compared to. I think even if he does take plays off then he will still probably be decent. Hopefully the whole “takes plays off” is blown out of proportion and he balls out.
  13. I invested way too much time in it and then couldn't find the exact map. Similar one shows they pretty much can go to Columbia and up to VA which aligns w/ their local visits. Then then encounter "micropolitan areas" going westward that would cut them off I think trying to get into western south and north Carolina. Seems like a certain mile radius would make the most sense. Got to think some areas like the Northeast teams could take advantage of a lot more schools. Players who attend college or reside in a club’s “metropolitan area” can be given a physical examination without counting against the 30-player limit, unless the club provides transportation for the visit. Also, a player who attends college or whose hometown is in a club’s “metropolitan area” may be timed and tested at the club’s facility, as long as the club does not provide transportation. “Metropolitan area” is defined as contiguous suburbs. There isn’t a 25-mile, 50-mile, or any other type of mileage radius rule. The league office uses the 2011 Rand-McNally Road Atlas to determine the metropolitan area of a city.
  14. Josh Norman was on here too but he sucks. Who comes to the draft parties with a bottle of Gatorade and refuses a beer…. But seriously, Josh was a cool dude. It was awesome when he randomly crashed the Panthers draft party. Those were the days. I was holding PhillyB cause he was so drunk and could not stand so he could puke on Igo office building and not on himself. Sorry Zod.
  15. i think it was the greg hardy superfan, but it could have been him. who knows. both characters were batshit crazy.
  16. Derek has always looked up to his big bro and I think that's really cool. Never had any issues with either. Sucks Derek went to the Saints but whatever.
  17. yes he did. one of several who did. i think he did it the most and caught the most poo for it. really nice guy, though. i don't blame him for leaving. David Carr's younger brother posted here for a while when David was here....up until things went south for him. HE was talking about how proud he was of his older brother and how glad he was getting a second shot. Yes, that was Derek.
  18. Was that Greg Hardy or just some guy who really liked him. I never thought he was him
  19. This guy at work always calls me young blood. Always made me feel good cause I'm pushing 50 and not feeling young
  20. It's probably something as simple as all of NC and SC are considered local as it's the CAROLINA Panthers and doesn't reflect a particular state or city.
  21. Today
  22. They were pretty harmless.
  23. Oh yeah, I distinctly remember the "Kracken out." sign offs with every post. LOL
