I saw another Huddler trying to call people out for being high on Emmanwori, saying they did not think he was worth the pick at 8. This person claimed that the people saying this were uninformed and not aware of talent evaluation. That is very stupid. Here is why: Where you are drafted does not indicate how well you will play. Emmanwori was often compared to Kam Chancellor, a player anyone would gladly take in the first half of round 1. He was drafted in the fifth round. So were the people who thought Kam Chancellor should have been a first rounder wrong about him because he was not drafted until the fifth round? Did you know that the Chargers, when trying to replace Rodney Harrison, drafted Sammy Davis and Terrence Kiel. The Steelers later drafted Troy Polamalu. Were Davis and Kiel better specimens because they were drafted earlier? Bottom line, nobody knows, and where there were drafted proves very little. Personally, I endorsed trading back for Emmanwori, but it does not mean that he is a lesser player than someone picked at 7. It means his fit was later. Until they play, you don't know, so making comments about others' opinions based on draft spots does not really prove your understanding of personnel any less than someone miscalculating when a player will be a good fit and get selected.

Oh, the previous year when he had 9 catches for 107 yards in the game, while catching (I believe, again, not trying to re-research it at this point) 3 of the 5 targets he had while Hunter was covering him, including a 1 on 1 red zone matchup where T-Mac created separation in a short space and made a nasty catch for the Touchdown, oh and not to mention also drawing a PI call on Hunter in coverage as well? I wouldn't say I'm disappointed. I just don't think he's the missing piece. This receiver room really lacks a fast twitch guy (or 2) that scares you when you press.

Of course, but that is being a fan. I wanted defense. We are so terrible and incapable on that side of the ball. I very much believe a team can punch above its weight class with a strong defense. That, coupled with our historic inability to get the wr position right, certainly gives me pause. If he works out..wonderful, great, fabulous. I hope he is our next hof-worthy wr.

Definitely Higgins for sure. I always looked at him as basically the poor man's T-Mac in this draft.

I'm wondering if Deion is a huge part of the problem. You're not just drafting Shadeur, you're drafting Prime Time as well and I can't imagine the thought of having to put up with his constant input is going to be appealing or appreciated, especially at the Giants where the coach and GM jobs are on the line. If those guys are out at the end of the year, you can bet Deion would be after the HC job and his son would make that push as well.

Doubtful as Morgan wasn't even drafted until he was already in prison Murder totally the same as "anonymous reports" the man has been charged with no chrimes.
