  2. Nobody is considering Will Johnson?
  3. When Philly takes you off their board then treat that as radioactive. Dude is too much for Philadelphia lol https://x.com/Philly__Nation/status/1896735600977555700
  4. I seriously doubt anyone is going to trade with us. There's no qb worth trading up for this year and I do not see a skill position player anyone would trade up for other than Jeanty should he fall to us. Even then the other team would have to be convinced NO would take him with the very next pick. I don't see that happening.
  5. Was Jack Sawyer on the board at 57? Just curious.
  6. Everyone outside of Travis Hunter has a "yeah but". Even Carter has some durability concerns. Everyone is going to need some form of development to be productive in the nfl. That is why this draft is a buyers market and so far nobody is buying.
  7. I posted this poll a few days ago and rather surprisingly it was close to 50/50 on the trade or not trade. Curious to see if the mood has changed given some of the recent rumors on us being the most aggressive.
  8. And just to clarify if others aren't up to speed, you don't mean the typical injury concerns. You mean out of prison. LOL
  9. If you were to believe the latest rumors it would seem they like Nolan more than Walker and are willing to trade down. But the catch is Nolan will not get past SF or may not make it that far in the first place. He can play in a 4-3 defense so anyone could take him.
  10. I very seriously doubt you're going to get a team to give up all their picks in the first two days of the draft. The math might work out on the chart but nobody wants to put all their eggs in one basket that hard.
  11. For Warren? Take that and don't look back!
  12. It’s definitely a bad draft for top end talent. Which is why trade ups won’t fetch what they normally would.
  13. If he can stay on the field...
  14. Honestly, probably so. I could see Walker being the prospect with the most support but far from the consensus.
  15. I like it, what positions would you be targeting between the first two rounds?
  16. Yeah very well said, I think the reports coming out that we’re looking to trade back reflects some internal conflict on who we should draft. Call me crazy but I don’t think Jalon is a lock at 8, I think they have a multitude of guys with near identical grades.
  17. Trade: Indy wants Warren and they fear a few teams before them. So I found a trade calculator and did this: So I get 14, 45, 80. for 8, 111, 114, and 163. Panthers move back to 14, have 2 second rounders (45, 57), and two third rounders (74, 80)-five picks on days 1 and 2.
  18. Just got a trust your scouting. When it's all said and done there will end up being a lot of variance on the field in the NFL between all these similarly graded prospects. The scary part for Panthers fans is our recent history of abject scouting failures.
  19. I keep seeing smoke on social media that the Panthers really like Walter Nolan.
  20. Panthers trade #8 for a mid round 1st swap and a 2nd. amass some ‘solid’ starter level/quality depth. This team is still paper thin when it comes to quality depth at very key positions. WR? LT? Center? QB? CB? Edge? The next few days have to be about amassing as large a quantity as possible of dudes that can at the very least do their damn job. Blue chip dudes are vital to winning championships, but If they end up with 1 stud and 1 practice squad guy it’s actually a step backwards. The stud may win you 2 games that you don’t deserve and screw up next season’s draft. It screws up the window timing. I’ll take 4 solid starters all day long.
  21. Listen to any and all trade offers and take one of the appropriate value is there. If not, draft Jalon Walker.
  22. Exactly, I feel like 8 is one of the hardest picks in the draft. There’s no clear cut BPA, rather an abundance of similarly talented players at different positions.
  23. There's a load of indications that we want to, but apparently so do a lot of teams and you have to have someone willing to trade up. Guess we'll see...
  24. Exactly Mike Green would be an amazing pick if he didn’t have all the off the field issues. Dude is a true pass rusher, gonna put up 10+ sacks yearly in his prime.
