  1. Past hour
  2. It's either pass rusher or secondary in round 2. Whichever you do not get in round 2 you have to get in round 3. After that it's hoping and praying you can find anyone who can contribute somewhere on the team.
  3. That's exactly what I was thinking of. We should have realized right then that Fitterer wasn't cut out to be a GM.
  4. No. Section 3, Article 4, part b. "You cannot be happy about a pick and still be butthurt." I am warming to the pick. I mean, if we did not go wr early, we would have a questionable room in 2025. They are still primarily concerned with Bryce's maturation, it seems. They will draft a T sooner than we thing too because Moton is possibly banged up and leaving in 2026.
  5. how funny would it be if Deion's prized possessions ended up in Jacksonville and Carolina after all his talk of what he wouldn't allow to happen to them?
  6. We went from 2 to 6 wins and our QB finally started to look decent by year end? Now back to the question. Where are you seeing him as WR6 in last year's draft?? Please show me this you are using for your little performance on here.
  7. Going in, I was holding on hope that would be my realistic dream outcome. They would go all D but snag Noel. He projects well into that slot/YAC role. I mean, I wanted Warren but knew that had 0% chance of happening. I thought the Noel thing had a legit shot since they brought him in for that top 30 (and assumed Tmac was largely due in a diligence in a trade down) but yeah, they have to go defensive front in the 2nd now I think.
  8. He loves to play junior mod and tell people how they should feel
  9. I think XL will benefit from TMAC being here and being able to be under the radar a bit TBH
  10. Can I like the pick and still be butthurt? The rules around here seem to change daily.
  11. The south for sure is rapidly getting better. NO looks like they are a full rebuild mode and will be a different team as well in 2 seasons. Will be nice not to be in the shittest division in the nfl for once
  12. The division will go through Atlanta this year, and probably the next few to come as Pennix continues to evolve. Their entire offense is PROBLEMS. The Panthers defense will not be able to hold that offense back this coming season, and even with a complete defensive overhaul… the season after that. For now the best shot the Panthers have is to find a way to go point for point, unless they want to pray for a wild card spot. WR room is razor thin. No Coker, it’s a wrap. No Thielen? Turn out the lights. XL is not that guy that will elevate JAGs. Moore? When, not if, Pennix comes on… The Falcons are going to blow some teams out this year. They are going to rack up points and not many defenses are going to be able to do anything about it, especially this one. I hope the rest of the draft is defensive heavy, but this was a very good and very needed pick.
  13. I hesitated to read this thread because I knew the butt-hurt bitches who attack others would be out if full force--spewing prophecies and personal attacks---so I won't respond to the second guessers. The bottom line: We drafted the top WR in the draft. At some point, we would have to add a WR to our WR room. There are a lot of Edges left today, a lot of safeties that should be available today. Personally, I did not see the Walker or the Williams fit--but I too was convinced that we would take Walker. That had to increase the sting in some anal cavities and the only cure for that is go on a discussion board and raise hell like a toddler with a moth stuck to his lollipop. Some scholar said, "How did (XL) work out?" Pure dumbassery. We knew he was raw and only had a few starts under his belt. Then he hurt his foot in camp. For many games, he had old Bryce and Dalton as his QB. I was not a TMac endorser. But that does not matter now. He is a Panther. XL is a Panther. Coker is a Panther--that is a pretty solid core of young WRs if they play to their potential. Gotta be hopeful and excited about the WR room. Nobody gives a crap if you or I like the pick or not.
  14. Gave a day 2-3 mock a shot. Traded our 2nd, 3rd and one of our 5ths to move up for Ezeiruaku then added Josaiah Stewart in the 4th.
  15. Panthers twitter goat Billy Marshall had him #4 on his big board. He’s been doing this for a long time and I value what he has to say.
  16. Also it’s usually promising when it sounds like other teams were trying to get the player you drafted. We know he wasn’t falling past Dallas at 12, and the Rams were rumored to be trying to move up for him. This doesn’t feel like last year when for some reason we were way higher on Legette than everyone else.
  17. Me too. I'm seriously pulling hard for this regime more than any previous one we've ever had. He especially crushed FA last season but that draft was extremely disappointing so he has to hit on a few players this year.
  18. they all were, Person funny enough was the lone voice of sanity anyone who thinks a front office is going to leak correct intel needs to have their head examined
  19. Yeah there’s the guys that legit fall due to character/injury (Pearce, WJ) but then ones where it’s pure fatigue of discussion — think it happened with McMillan and Graham a bit this year.
  20. Again, I specifically pointed out trading next year's first was bad. I am talking value based on where a player was selected. Pick 15 and pick 26. Both players were a big time need for them and both players were expected to go earlier.
  21. I like Sheena but she's been getting played & baited hard this entire draft process
