  2. Mike Kaye has been questioning this since training camp. God bless him for actually writing this. "Legette might be the most awkward running wide receiver we've seen in a long time. He gallops down the field like he has pebbles in his cleats but fire in his heart. He is deceptively quick, but weirdly off-balance."

  4. Does Moose senior still hold the record for the longest completed pass in super bowl history via Jake Delhomme?
  5. The best part about this pick is I know how bad Canales wants that alpha so teams have to start rolling coverage to free up the other players. Say what you want about Legette the man has wheels. And if teams need to start putting the safety over the top of TMac plus Legette develops some more we could see alot more explosive plays
  6. mike kaye has some bite, the others not so much. Really disappointed in Ellis as he was a bulldog but once he got credentials he became a cuck
  7. For me it's very much situation dependent like I said above, so if anything, I think I'd actually prefer this type of stat line because I think it would bode well for overall team growth and success. Harrison had McBride there to "steal" 111 Rec and 1,146 yards, it's going to be hard for any rookie to put up better stats than he did when that happens, and he was supposed to be the best WR prospect in the last few decades. For me the big stat for T-Mac this year will be TD's, because I can see a scenario where the massive yard totals isn't there because of all the options Bryce will have and he's still a rookie, but he should be the clear top dog in the redzone playbook and hope we use him accordingly.
  8. This was a fascinating trade. I'd never seen any draft trade quite like it before. Of course non of our "beat reporters" asked Dan about it during his 3! draft day press conferences. I would have asked him who thought up/presented this trade. Was it the Panthers (maybe Eric Eager) or Broncos who thought this up
  9. I should’ve clarified Pittman’s numbers minus the rookie year but with 6-8 touchdowns a year. I wouldn’t be upset with 70-800-6 rookie year numbers Marvin Harrison Jr put up 62-885-8 So yah somewhere in that ballpark are my expectations
  10. I'd expect more TD's at a minimum, as I really think he's going to be our go-to redzone option from the first snap of the season. But realistically, if Thielen has 800-1000 yards as a Bryce check down favorite, while Bryce himself has a good season, and XL/Coker both improve because of it, then I don't think that's a bad rookie year if those are the numbers he puts up as that's the type of season that then sets up for him to get 1,200 and 10 the next year once Thielen is gone, which would be a great 2nd season. We're still going to be a run based team with the OL and RBs we have and and Thielen is still going to be a legitimate option this year, so expecting much more than that in the above scenario would be asking for a lot from any rookie. If Thielen only plays 10 games again (or less), our running game can't perform again like last year, and/or XL/Coker don't improve or even take a step back and we then need to rely on T-Mac more and he only puts up those numbers, then yea, I'd say he underperformed on the season.
  11. a bit underwhelming but a start I guess. But you said you would not be upset with pittmans numbers. So what would you think he tet came in at 500 yards and 1 td?
  12. TMac and the Panthers have already confirmed that he’s wearing 4 https://x.com/panthers/status/1916536027788763269?s=46&t=W75E23VenL1ei42iX22E5g
  13. Sure, very fair point, but given what this player and draft pick means to me, that rational thinking goes out the window, lol. I obviously don't think he'll be a bust and even if he were and/or we traded him before that 2nd contract, it's still a jersey I'd have to own.
  14. He wanted 11 in high school but it was taken so he went with 4 and then stuck with it in college (actually, his QB he'd played with since 8th grade was 11 at Arizona). And I know he at first said he wanted to go with 11, but seeing as it's an open number and he went with 4 anyways, gotta think he's going to end up sticking with it at this point for at least his rookie year. Especially as it works with both of his nicknames too, as he can do N4LO and T-M4C, which he's done with some of his NIL gear the last couple years. If he changes his number after the season, then I'd still be fine with it, because I need to have his rookie year jersey in my closet
  15. It would be available now if he could separate better. Sorry had too
