  1. Past hour
  2. All true And yes, if you sent me back in a time machine without my knowledge of us drafting T-Mac, then yea, I'm doing the Rams trade and I'm not doing the Bryce trade. But the most likely scenario is in that alternate universe where we did either or both of those, the dominoes don't end up falling to where T-Mac is a Panther, which really is the end all be all for me of course. I look at everything that has happened in the Panthers 30 year history as leading to my favorite team drafting my school's best player and immediately giving me any new favorite Panther and overall football player of all time. It's made even losing the SB's become even more tolerable, because it all lead to this...........
  3. It’s pretty much a B just based off our first 2 picks alone.
  4. Dude led the league in big time throws after Week 8 throwing to freaking David Moore, Jalen Coker, butterfingers XL, and 100 year old Theilen and people here still want to trash him... Seriously, why be a fan of this team?? Nobody is crowning him MVP but Bryce unequivocally proved he should go into this season as the starter. Sometimes I genuinely wonder what some people look for in being a fan. I've watched almost every snap in this franchises history, and this is the most excited I've been heading into a season since 2018. This team on paper could be a Top 10 unit without hyperbole or exaggeration. Who knows how well the defense will gel, but after years of borderline unwatchable offense, I'm signing up for this immediately. The Bryce hate is pathetic at this point. Literally everyone across the league who knows ball is excited to see what BY9 can do this season without the almost comical dysfunction he came the league into and you have goobers on here you have staked so much on Bryce sucking they just can't let it go...
  5. Not too familiar with him and outside of Hunter I felt like most the Colorado players were overrated. Hope he’s good and helps. I would’ve probably taken another db before another wr but that’s just me playing fake draft guru.
  6. The bears won this trade as of today. there’s a chance Bryce continues to progress. But until Bryce becomes a repetitive pro bowler there’s no way you can say the panthers did anything except absolutely bomb in this trade.
  7. I should literally be a millionaire by late next year, but that's too rich for my blood. I'm out!
  8. Instead of giving young guy confidence boost after stellar performance near end of the season, you want to kill his confidence by bringing his potential replacement? Wow, talking about a disaster of a decision.
  9. "hate" is the wrong word, but yea, they kinda hate him right now (this might legit be the first and only time I've ever referred to Wildcat fans as "they" and not "we" because of course I can't hate Smitty, LOLOL) You have to remember, T-Mac is basically our best player in school history, at least offensively. We've had a lot of great defenders, mainly back in the 90's, and we had Gronk who while great for us, more made his mark in the NFL of course as he only played his freshman and sophomore year for us (had he not been injured and missed his whole junior season, he might own that distinction over T-Mac). When anyone talks down your best player in school history, the fans aren't going to take kindly to it. Add in the irony of T-Mac then getting drafted by the team who's receiving records are all owned by said person talking down their guy, and yea, the fan base is going to have a field day with that one, haha.
  10. Svechy opens it up.... we are so much better on the forecheck when we aren't chasing so
  11. True. But also possible we didn't take XL and could have been looking at a 1a and 1b situation like Chase/Higgins having Moore and Tmac. There's so many different possibilities of what we could have done and where we could have ended up. I'll still go back to my original point though. Not trading Burns was a huge mistake and we lost any leverage of not paying him like a top 3 edge when we said no. If we weren't planning on paying him, which we ultimately weren't, we shouldn't have hesitated on making the trade. What follows on my part is a lot of speculation of what could have happened, but I think they're realistic possibilities at least. I still think we were taken to the cleaners by the Bears because they had the opportunity to have taken Daniel's over Williams, have Moore for him to throw to and this year's 2nd to work with.
  12. I'm gonna miss these Trent from Kinetico commercials.
  13. No coddling, back up is fine until he has to play, and BY finally learned how to step up into pocket. Line also seemed to look more coheasive . BY,I hope becomes as acurate as Mrs Trepper thought he was. 7 years and no play off's is a long time Go Panthers!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I keep thinking this. Benching was the end of coddling. When he came back the little boy became a grown ass man. Nothing but respect for what he did after coming back and nothing but excitement for what lies ahead. Haters better get over it and doubters better start believing.
  15. Wasn’t sure about a rb that early but at least we got a player. His Florida stuff is better than his Georgia stuff. If Rico moves on after this season we will already have a pretty solid back up rb with starting potential if needed.
  16. I will wager that both of them are faster than Greg Olsen, and he was a pretty decent tight #1.
