  1. Past hour
  2. Pats traded randy moss to aquire Ryan Mallett. Insane. Guess Mel Kiper was right. NFL doesn't know how to evaluate quarterbacks
  3. This. Both were dumb and disrespectful of the pre-draft process in different ways. You're going on job interviews for potentially massive multi-million dollar gigs. Don't go out and get hammered the night before and if they send you a sampling of the playbook put in some time to get to know it.
  4. I may be misremembering, but I vaguely remember watching him last year and thinking and maybe even saying, I hope we can get their kicker.
  5. Similar in that both did dumb sh-t, but entirely different versions of sh-t.
  6. wow. this dude was a round 3 talent according to Dane Brugler

  9. Like....not even close. You could argue maybe some Johnny Manziel-ishness but that isn't even a little like Sanders.
  10. Yeah, I am not getting fooled by these builds and rebuilds again. Show it on the field, make me a believer in this version of the vision.
  11. It was for sure Greg because I made a Monsters Inc. poster and superimposed his face on it and he saw it here and he loved it and reposted it on his verified Twitter right after. Definitely him.
  12. I don't know. I think a lot of those TD catches get eyeballs on Hunter no matter what. He was spectacular as a receiver. Playing both ways squeezed the most value out of him as a player for Colorado to win games. I think it was more about that.
  13. Waiting now for Ortho Carolina to schedule my knee replacement. I feel you.
  14. all of a sudden we have a crowded WR room but I'm pulling for him. Good kid, went to Socastee High, near Myrtle Beach, then to Clemson and I think really surprised everyone that he got drafted and did well. Fun player to watch too. Hope he makes it. I expect Thielen to retire after this season, Hunter could be a good replacement.
  15. Everyone wants to know what happened to Hunter Renfrow. He went from the Pro Bowl in 2021 to an afterthought in 2022 and 2023 to out of the league in 2024. Renfrow ow is attempting a comeback with the Panthers. “It’s just trying to get back, trying to get healthy, trying to do something I love,” Renfrow told Darin Gantt of the team website when asked about a year out of the game. “I enjoyed other parts of life. We had our second daughter, so enjoying that and just wanting to make sure if I’m going to come back and give my time and attention to something that I was going to be all in on it.” Renfrow, 29, revealed that he has dealt with a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis, which left him with weight loss, fatigue and high fever. It’s a reason he did not play last season. Instead, Renfrow spent a year consulting with doctors and getting the condition under control. “It kicked my butt pretty good,” Renfrow said. “Last year, I fluctuated in weight. I went down to 150 pounds. I had like seven straight days of 103-degree fevers. It’s tough to play when you’re not feeling great.” He now weighs 187 with a goal of a playing weight of 185. “It’s a weird feeling. It makes you grateful for the times that you do feel good,” Renfrow said. “It makes you grateful for the opportunities that you’ve had, and when you feel like you’ve been blessed with some skill to go out there and perform, it makes you not want to waste the opportunity that you have. And that was one of the reasons why I wanted to come back and play.” In five seasons, Renfrow has 269 receptions for 2,884 yards and 17 touchdowns. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/hunter-renfrow-a-health-challenge-led-to-time-away-from-football
  16. I am feeling optimistic for sure. But at this point in time in Panthers fandom talk is cheap and seeing is believing.
  17. I mean, I just have to agree to disagree. XL did not look good at all. Coker was great but I guess we need to see if he develops into a real, long term top 3 WR or not. I have hope for him. Sanders is hard to say. Started terrible, turned around quickly and then post scary injury he just disappeared. Really hard to get a read on him. RB I am not worried about. But that's not really a position I ever really worry about. You should ALWAYS be able to plug in a capable back for a decent deal. I would say that our roster is predominantly questions and not answers. Let's hope the 2026 offseason is more answers than questions.
  18. I haven't watched a full game, but we know he likes to hit. Damm!
  19. As a solo act I can agree with this. I've seen so many of his prank videos from back about 15 years or so ago and I have to give that guy infinite kudos and praise for creating not just one or two but multiple hilarious characters all on his own. And he was spectacular at it both on the phone and in person. If he still has all his old pranks on his channel you can go down a rabbit hole and laugh for hours. He's like the Mike Judge of pranks. Legend as far as I'm concerned.
  20. I think it was more about drawing attention to everything Sanders. Playing Hunter both ways got them eyeballs that just Hunter the WR or Hunter the DB doesn't get them. And it's not close.
  21. Now, now. We still have Camp Crush season to go, and all the unrealistic expectations and unrealized flashes of potential that go with it to influence our better judgements. Don't forget about the preseason being a magical time when dreams come true.
