Jalen Coker is a late-round fantasy sleeper with legitimate upside, but he should still be drafted as a bench stash rather than a locked-in weekly starter.
Current fantasy profile: WR55, overall rank 133, and ADP 141. That puts him firmly in the late-round flier range.
The upside case is clear. Coker has the route running, strong hands, ball-tracking ability, and versatility to win both outside and in the slot. If he holds a top-two receiver role in Carolina’s offense, he has a real path to outperforming his draft cost.
The concern is volume. Unless Carolina’s passing offense takes a step forward, Coker may be more of a matchup-based flex than a weekly starter. He needs consistent targets, red-zone involvement, and health to become a true fantasy breakout.
Coker is a good pick after Round 11 or 12 in redraft leagues. At cost, he profiles as a solid WR5 with WR3/flex upside.
Buy or hold. He is young, tied to a growing offense, and Carolina’s long-term investment suggests the team believes he can be a meaningful piece going forward.
55–65 receptions
700–850 receiving yards
5–7 touchdowns
Fantasy label: Late-round sleeper with real breakout potential, but not a player to reach for too aggressively.
