Not long ago, the Carolina Panthers were one of the easiest offenses in fantasy football to ignore. The passing game lacked consistency, explosive plays were hard to find, and few fantasy managers had any interest in drafting Carolina wide receivers.
Fast forward to the 2026 season, and the outlook couldn't be more different. Bryce Young has blossomed into one of the NFL's ascending quarterbacks, while Carolina's young receiving corps has developed into one of the league's most intriguing position groups. Fantasy managers should no longer overlook Panthers receivers on draft day.
Here's a closer look at the top five Carolina Panthers wide receivers heading into the 2026 fantasy football season and what each player brings to your fantasy roster.
There really isn't much debate about who tops this list.
Tetairoa McMillan immediately established himself as Bryce Young's favorite target during his rookie season. His combination of size, elite ball skills, strong hands, and polished route running made him one of the NFL's breakout stars. Whether working the sidelines or winning contested catches downfield, McMillan consistently proved he could produce against top defensive backs.
Even more impressive was the chemistry he developed with Young. As the season progressed, McMillan became the clear focal point of Carolina's passing attack and routinely drew double-digit targets.
Entering Year 2, expectations couldn't be much higher. Everything points toward another significant leap in production.

No Panthers receiver has increased his fantasy value more over the past year than Jalen Coker.
After entering the league as an undrafted free agent, Coker steadily earned Bryce Young's confidence through dependable hands, precise route running, and an ability to consistently move the chains. He may not generate many highlight-reel plays, but fantasy football rewards volume and consistency just as much as explosive ability.
Coker's role continued to grow throughout last season, and he now appears firmly entrenched as Carolina's No. 2 receiver. Playing opposite McMillan should also provide favorable one-on-one matchups throughout the year.

If there's one Panthers receiver capable of dramatically outperforming expectations, it's Xavier Legette.
The physical tools have never been the question. Legette possesses outstanding size, speed, and strength, making him one of the most gifted athletes on Carolina's roster. The challenge has been putting everything together on a consistent basis.
With McMillan drawing most of the defensive attention, Legette should see more favorable coverage this season. If his route running continues to improve, fantasy managers could finally see the breakout campaign many expected when he entered the league.
